It's located at 4309 Seashore Dr. (44TH st.). The homes in this area sit as close to the water as possible. The building consists of two side-by-side townhomes. There is no one above or below. The house is fantastic with plenty of room for a large family. The location is amazing with perfect views of the ocean and the best backyard imaginable. We spent lots of time on the back patio looking out at the sand and sea. Definitely a great place to stay.

Great location with amazing view. Very clean and well stocked. Parking is great but not good for low profile cars. The master bedroom is epic. Host was a great communicator, even let us check in early. Absolutely no issues. We will be back.

Great home in the perfect location. Very convenient to many nice restaurants, grocery store and lots of other fun areas. So nice to be right on the beach.

After weeks of searching, we were lucky to find this place for a long weekend getaway! This is one of the rare beachfront properties that is updated, in a good/central location, and spacious enough to fit 7 adults comfortably. And you can't beat being right on the sand and able to watch sunsets from the living room! Pat was a great host too and communicated detailed info in advance. We will definitely be staying here again!

We were blown away with the location but that was a given. What was really nice was that the property had plenty of pans and utensils to cook with, towels, beach toys and enough toiletries to make it through a week. Too often other listings have the bare minimum and shopping is a day 1 need. Great property!!!

We had a wonderful time. Love staying right on the beach. Home was clean. Host was great. Ocean view was absolutely beautiful. Only wish the garage was higher. We had two trucks and a car. But, we found a spot for one truck across the street and parked the other in front of the garage. It all worked out. Definitely would stay again!

Great family vacation

Everything was easy and the place was perfect. Neighbors were nice. Owner was helpful, actually extremely helpful. I recommend this to anyone for a family vacation ! We can’t wait to go back!

Good swimming, bodyboarding and surfing directly in front of the townhome.
