Condo pictures were deceptive. Condo was very small. Furniture was missing, no kitchen counter space for food prep, we had to eat out. Found several small roaches. No place to hang your clothes. The view from the balcony was great.

The worst place I’ve ever rented. I was killing German roaches as soon as I walked in the condo (I contacted guest services day one of being there and they stated they would get this taken care of asap, we never heard back or seen anyone and we were there 3 nights), stove worked properly when it wanted to, we spent a few hours at urgent care getting a large piece of metal out of my guest foot where he picked it up on the sidewalk as he was stepping off the steps of the condo into the parking lot, you had to hold the toilet handle down for it to completely flush. I will never stay in this particular building again. We’ve stayed at the plantation a few times and never had any other issues before.

Great View of the Gulf

The view is phenomenal! That's the main reason that we booked this room. We enjoyed sitting on the outdoor balcony and taking in the unobstructed view of the beach, gulf and wildlife (bunnies!) As mentioned in other reviews, the condo could use some TLC. Nothing that a trip to Home Depot and a day's work couldn't sort out. But, the place was generally clean, comfortable and convenient. We'll be back again.

Perfect for two

Not bad but could be better

The couch bed was very uncomfortable so I had to put the comforter and foam cushion from the spare beds on it to sleep. Some of the dishes are a little rusty. We had a lot of trouble figuring out how to unlock and lock the door manually and the card didn’t work nor did the code. I called customer service and was just told I would have to use the manual key for the whole visit. I likely will not stay here again.

Beautiful Views

Reasonably priced with priceless views. I love that I could have coffee on the balcony while enjoying the scenery. The bed was so comfortable I didn’t wanna get up in the morning. It had everything i needed.

The most amazing thing is the view. The property was cozy. Some furnitures were broken or worn away. I didn’t care because I live by myself. However, the owner may put some effort into it to make it the best.

Best view on Plantation.

Great view and access to beach. The apartment has its issues. Water pressure, dont turn on any water while showering. Water dies immediately. And no icemaker. Really!! Have to buy a 16lb bag of ice which takes up the whole freezer. One chair on the porch and its torn. The bed is a acrobatics dream I jump in my wife gets bounced out.hehe. But hey what a view. The front door seal is not set properly when the wind blows it howls, like a paperback scary novel. And hmmm i have permanent marks on my posterior from the toilet seat.... But I love the view. The new valances with beach theme are great. A bit clashy with the oversized dark flowered furniture. Did I say the water pressure can be challenging. Best biew on plantation.

Loved it!!

Beautiful view! Very peaceful. The beach was gorgeous and clean. Loved how we didn't have to go and check in and out at any desk area. That was definitely a plus. We have stayed at the Plantation for many years. We always love it here!! Thank you!!

Great view needs TLC

The place was clean and the view was awesome. It needs some work in the bathroom. The shower head pipe was not supported well and the feed to the toilet was on the floor. The kitchen has wires coming out of the wall. The chairs on the balcony need to be replaced. The plastic one was broken and the others were rusted. I would actually say the chairs were not safe.

Great view. Nice clean complex.Bedding was NOT comfortable

Our stay was good except for the beds.very family friendly beach and pools. Great view of the gulf.Only complaint is the bedding. The bunk beds were thin worn mattress on plywood.We give up the queen bed to sleep on the sleeper sofa because it was more comfortable.

Okay..

We definitely didn’t love our experience. Upon arrival the toilet was clogged, my husband worked on it for awhile, but it struggled to flush the whole trip. We found 2 live roaches in the bedroom, and we also caught a frog in the living room. The front door needs to be replaced, my husband placed paper towels in the bottom corner of the door since we figured that’s how everything was getting in. The outlets in the bathroom didn’t work, which was a huge inconvenience with 4 daughters getting ready for beach pictures. The shower curtain REALLY needs to be replaced, there was black mold all along the top. As the other reviews stated, the mattress is completely horrible. It desperately needs to be replaced. I realize at anytime we could have called in and complained, but we are a big family with 4 young kids, I didn’t want to spend my time calling and complaining about things that won’t be fixed in the moment anyway. I will say, all appliances are new and worked fabulous and it seemed clean (aside from the roaches & mold in bathroom).
