The stunning white sand of the Alabama Gulf Coast is right outside your door at this Gulf Shores corner unit on the top floor, with a spectacular views. This is a beachfront retreat with a small private balcony, incredible views of the emerald water, and unbeatable community amenities including an indoor pool, sauna, six outdoor pools, two outdoor hot tubs, and one indoor hot tub

This corner condo is on the eighth floor of Plantation Dunes at Gulf Shores Plantation, a lovely beachfront community on the Fort Morgan Peninsula. It's just a few steps from the sugar-sand beach (with seasonal beach service), multiple outdoor pools, an indoor saltwater pool, tennis courts, a fitness room, a sauna, and a picnic area with a shared gas grill. You'll also enjoy easy access to the gorgeous fairways at Kiva Dunes Golf Course.

There is a $35 parking pass fee per vehicle (2 max) per visit. Must be purchased online through the link provided in check-in email.

Perfectly comfortable

Cozy & comfy. This condo has everything I need to relax and enjoy a weekend away. Fully stocked kitchen, balcony just right for morning coffee and evening cocktails, and then just melt into the bed at the end of the day.

Our 4th of July trip

I loved everything about our room . The view from dining area and the view from the balcony were perfect. The living and sleeping area was very nice. Comfy bed. Even the walk to the beach was great. Overall it was 100% the perfect getaway. We will definitely book there again . Soon

We Love staying at this location

This is the second time that we have stayed in this same room of 5801 We LOVE this room. It has everything you need for cooking and a hair dryer and coffee pot and Kureig. It is very clean and very quiet. We look forward to our next trip. The Fort Morgan area is a great place to vacation at. The beach is very clean also. At this location you have a great view of the Morning sunrises from the kitchen and bedroom also that’s a huge plus not to mention the view of the beach from the balcony HUGE PLUS !!!!

Great View!

This property provided us with some much needed R&R. We sat on the porch for hours enjoying the view. It was also close to all the seafood restaurants.

Great couples getaway

This was a short get away from the kids. This space was very clean and inviting. I loved that it was small because it was more intimate for us. We was able to enjoy everything about each other for the weekend!! Book the stay!!

We love this condo!

We have stayed at this property before and this is our favorite condo! The beach view is very important to us. This one is right on the front of the building so the view is amazing! It is a studio and there were 2 of us so the size was just right. We will definitely stay here again!

Another great stay!!

Second time I’ve stayed in this same condo and we loved it!! We are trying a different condo in a few weeks but only due to date availability and pricing. Will likely be returning to this one again in the future though! Highly recommend!!

Another good experience

Fall Getaway

Property is nice and well maintained. You have the beach and the pool and other amenities readily available but without all of the typical commercial side (Tshirt shops etc.)of a typical beach town. Restaurants and grocery stores are a few miles away but worth the drive to enjoy the peaceful environment.

I’ve been visiting this area for 20 years now and this may be the best unit I’ve rented. Clean, comfortable and a great view. Not a fan of the parking fees and wish VACASA would include parking in their rate. I can remember a time when you weren’t charged for parking. Overall great vacation and I will look for this unit again.

Beautiful views and comfy studio

This was a wonderful day trip for us. With it being early March we knew it would be too cool for much beach activity-but the view was so beautiful. It’s an older building, but they have done good with updates. The owner of this unit has really done a great job in its renovation. The bed wasn’t wonderful, but it wasn’t horrible as many reviews stated. The staff at The Sassy Bass restaurant was a little less than friendly, but was very easy access for a quick bite. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful and cozy.

This was the perfect home away from home. It has a great view of the ocean and beach. The condo is decorated beautifully and is just right for a couple or mother/daughter trip. It is quiet and cozy. The water pressure and shower head offers a wonderful shower after a hot day on the beach. A large fridge and freezer for all your snacks. beautiful window sweating for meals. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved the location, it just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of gulf shores but close enough to drive back if you need anything. There is an on-site restaurant if you don’t want to drive one night. I recommend this place for anyone wanting to have a nice quiet place to do nothing but relax and read. I would stay here again.

Nice room , had a wonderful time.room needs a new pull out couch very rough to sleep on, no hand towels or rags in kitchen, no trash bags. Not bad to ruin our trip but just a few tips that really need attention. We will be back though

Great little place with a beautiful view!

We had a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful and has such a beautiful view of the beach/gulf. We used the pool and the hot tub - so relaxing! The only “snag” we had (and it wasn’t really a major snag…it was more of an unclear bit of information) was getting there to find out a parking permit for two days was $35. It’s not a crazy amount but I just wasn’t completely prepared for it. I’m not sure if the cost for parking changes seasonally or something, but it might be a good idea to list the price range for a parking permit. Overall, we loved our stay and would love to visit again sometime!

The room was very nice but i felt like i needed to clean a little when i arrived. I changed the sheets on the main bed bc i felt they were some what dirty. There was no comforter on the bed which usually i wouldn’t mind but the only thing in there was a blanket which left us cold.

Cozy and well stocked

The condo unit itself was comfortable albeit very small. The kitchen had all of the equipment needed although I was surprised that there were no leftover spices like salt and pepper even. My teenage daughter slept on the sofabed and she found it comfortable. The queen bed is foam and was comfortable too if you like foam mattresses. I loved the fact that you had a view from windows of three directions since it is a corner unit however the actual deck was VERY small - barely fit two chairs so you couldn't really eat a meal out there. It was a nice view of the beach however. The grounds were pretty and we liked the breadth of amenities however the outdoor hot tubs were luke warm at best. I was a little annoyed that it cost money to park in an uncovered parking lot (I could almost understand a parking garage) far from town. And the manager's fee was excessive especially given the level of service received (it was all "robo-texts" - I had asked a question at one point and received no reply). We liked being right on the beach but the location is FAR from town and there isn't much nearby in the way of restaurants or markets.
