This very chic Parisian apartment is located in the 7th district of Paris between the Eiffel Tower and the Military Academy, one bridge away from the spectacular Avenue des Champs Elysées.

The building dates from the 19th century.

The apartment is on the the 2nd floor with elevator ( US 3rd florr ). It is oriented east and overlooks Champs de Mars garden and Eiffel tower, quiet and bright.

The interior has just been refurbished with chosen furnitures :

- Kitchen with all necessary appliances.

- Living room with Queen size fold out couch - dining room area and AC unit.

- Bedroom with QUEEN SIZE BED - brand new -

- Bathroom with a confortable bath - shower - washer / dryer and toilet.

Alltogether 45 square meters of comfort, ideal for chilling out after a day exploring Paris!


Arrival fee could be required on week days and also on saturdays and sundays.

This apartment was ideal. We were met by the host upon arrival. He took us on a little tour of the neighborhood, pointing out market, restaurants, atm. The location was perfect, short walk to Eiffel Tower and Seine River. We spent a wonderful 10 days. Louie was always available for questions or suggestion. Would definitely recommend this location. Many great restaurants nearby.

Everything about this stay was excellent. Louis arranged for a private driver from the airport and arranged for a person to show us around the apartment and the neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Wonderful flat for a small family! The location was perfect! Both Louis & Paolo were super accommodating making sure we were familiar with the neighborhood, the nearest metro stations and grocery stores, and the best restaurant recommendations in the area! Paris pre cruise

We stayed 3 days pre cruise and found this to be the perfect apartment. Louis is a wonderful host who spent time showing me the highlights nearby and assisting me in getting bus and metro passes. We loved the location so close to the Eiffel Tower but easily went to the Louvre and Notre Dame. Louis helped us with transport from CDG to the apartment and also to the train station when we left Paris. He is a wonderful host and would highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at Views on Eiffel. The apartment was convenient, safe, clean, a 3 minute walk to the Champ de Mars with views of the Eiffel Tower. Great restaurants were within walking distance, & Louis was very helpful & communicative, helping us with transfers from the train station & to the airport, even staying late to meet us when our train was late.

Great Birthday Getaway in April 2025

Two friends and I stayed for a week in this perfectly located apartment 2 blocks from the Eiffel Tower. Being on the second floor, the elevator was very welcome with the luggage we were carrying.Paid for the taxi service to the apartment from the train station, greeted by Paolo, who spent time showing us around the apartment and how to use everything. He showed us around the neighborhood briefly too. Restaurants, supermarket, and train stations all fairly close. Knowing we had a washer/dryer came in clutch so we packed better. We were able to catch on how to use the heater, eventually. The neighborhood felt really safe and the view from the apartment was beautiful every morning, with the Eiffel Tower to the left.We were constantly checked up on, so that was a plus, very attentive to any questions we had. They thought of everything and we were grateful. I would definitely book a stay at this apartment again.

Perfect location/Very helpful host

From start to finish, this was the perfect place to stay for our first visit to Paris! The accommodations had everything we needed and we could few the top half of the Eiffel Tower from the living room windows! Louis was the ultimate host! He goes above and beyond by taking his guests on a tour of the neighborhood and giving lots of helpful tips. He even took us to a metro station and translated for us for in the purchase of our week's metro card! He is a very present and helpful host!

Perfect Paris Apartment!

This apartment was perfect for my mother/daughter Paris trip with my teenager. Great location - lots of restaurants and Metro stops nearby. Safe neighborhood that wasn't too loud. And so fun to have a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room! Louis was a great host and the introduction to the apartment, neighborhood, and Metro system was incredibly helpful to get us started on our Paris adventure. The apartment itself is a great mix of modern convenience with old building charm. Highly recommend, and would stay here again!

Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Host!

Our stay in Paris was nothing short of magical, and a huge part of that was due to our incredible host, Louis! From the very beginning, Louis’s communication was top-notch, and he made sure we felt completely at ease during our arrival. He personally met us to show us around the apartment, walked us through the neighborhood, and gave us fantastic recommendations for dining, activities, and even local tips that truly enhanced our experience.Louis was always available and approachable, making us feel like we had a local friend looking out for us the whole time. It was so comforting knowing we could reach out to him with any questions or needs, and he always responded promptly with great advice.As for the apartment itself – WOW! The view of the Eiffel Tower was breathtaking, and the location couldn’t have been better. We were just a stone's throw away from iconic sights, delicious restaurants, and metro stops, making it super easy to explore the city. The apartment was not only beautifully designed but also comfortable and functional, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.We truly couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else on our future trips to Paris. Lovely Apartment

We enjoyed our stay! We arrived early in the morning after an overnight flight and really appreciated Louis meeting us at the apartment to show us around. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. We loved being so close to the Eiffel tower. Also loved sitting by the open windows at night with a glass of wine. tower

Excellent location and hospitality

The airy, clean, and spacious Parisian apartment is in the perfect location near landmarks, restaurants, transportation, and grocers. The elevator was very helpful for our luggage. Louis, our host, is exceptional. He took us on a hour long orientation tour of the area, sharing tips, and personalizing guidance. He helped us get our metro pass which proved very useful too. He remained accessible and Very helpful during our stay, and ensured we also made it to the airport back home perfectly. All in all, a wonderful retreat after a long day exploring Paris, and a very pleasant experience! Highly recommend for your stay!

Eiffel Tower Views

The apartment in the 7th arrondisement, near the Eiffel Tower, was a very good choice for me, my husband, and adult child. It was close to sights, restaurants, bakeries and outdoor markets. We attended the French Open, and the apartment was a short and easy ride to Roland Garros. Louis, the property manager checked-in often. We appreciated having a small kitchen to make breakfast, The washer/dryer was small, but a great convenience. Louis arranged for a car to take us to CDG airport. We had a pleasant stay.

Family Holiday in Paris

Our stay at this beautiful apartment and amazing location was absolutely perfect. The experience started weeks before we arrived, with Louis communicating and setting up transportation for our arrival in Paris. Once we arrived, he showed us around and all 3 of us connected as we strolled around the 15th arrondissement. He even took the time to recommend local bistros, patisserie, market, and metro stop to purchase tickets for our week. The apartment was magnificent and had everything that the 3 of us needed (child 10 travelled with us). The location is what dreams are made of. You have Le Tour Eiffel outside of your windows, an 5-8 minute walk to the entrance. You are 8 minute walk to the RER, 8-10 minute walk to Metro. There are very few instances in life that will leave lasting impressions in your memory, I guarantee you that Louis and this apartment will do that to your visit to Paris. A bientôt

Fantastic!

This was the perfect apartment and location for our trip. And of course, as others have said, Louis is an excellent host. He greeted us and helped us settle in. He was available but gave us our space. The apartment is clean and comfortable, in a neighborhood with markets and restaurants and shops within minutes walking. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Paris Apartment

This was my third trip to Paris, and this apartment was my favorite place I've stayed. I will definitely book it again on future visits. Louis met us on arrival and gave us a tour of the apartment and let us know how everything worked. He was responsive during our visit if we needed anything at all. The apartment is clean, has beautiful views, and is close to the metro, Eiffel Tower, and lovely local shops. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Two Weeks in Paris

We had not been back to Paris in 15 years so this time we brought our 22-yr old granddaughter who had never been to Europe. Our host, Louis, arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport, and then met us at the door to the apartment to show us around the place, exactly as pictured in VRBO, and around the neighborhood which featured several cafes within easy walking distance, a grocery store, bakery and ice cream shop. What more does one need? We had a great time and loved the area! We could see the Eiffel Tower from our windows. So cool! Louis was the best host!

Great Paris stay

I would recommend this property to any group of 2 or 3 people. I stayed there with my 16 year old granddaughter. It is well situated and although small, very comfortable as it is well organised. Louis organised our travel to and from Gare du Nord which was seamless. He also showed us around the neighborhood and made us familiar with the property itself. Great view of the Eiffel Tower especially when it glitters at night after 11pm. The kitchen is small but quite adequate and the beds are comfortable. No air conditioning but a good breeze through the big windows. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and the tube station is not far away Altogether a very good experience.

Wonderful apartment!

This apartment was perfect for a three generation “girls” trip. Loved the location just a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower, with many good bistros, groceries and patisseries within a short walk. Close to the bus and a short walk to the metro and RER. We really enjoyed seeing the Eiffel Tower’s sparkling light show every evening. The apartment’s main room is bright and spacious. Beds were very extremely comfortable. Grandmother and granddaughter shared the sofa bed and slept well. Small but adequate kitchen - refrigerator has a tiny freezer (ice)! As other reviewers have said, Louis, the apartment manager made us feel very welcome and was very helpful. Very responsive to questions before our arrival and booked a driver to get us to and from the airport. Louis met us at the apartment, explained how everything worked, then took us on a walking tour of the neighborhood pointing out the the best local spots. He even took us to the Metro station to purchase tickets for the bus and metro as well as the train tickets to Versailles. Highly recommend this property. We would stay here again!

Wow…The best!

First, Louis is amazing!! He provides the best communication on the property and even when I got there he showed me around! I had transportation to and from the airport that he arranged as well. This is worth it. Now to the flat, it was perfect! Sits in wonderful and quiet part of Paris. I could look out and see the Eiffel Tower while I had coffee. There’s even a quaint little cafe for breakfast or lunch. What a joy….My trip to Paris was glorious! If this is available. Reserve it! I’ll be back! :) Merci Louis!
