Enjoy remote check-in/check-out. After payment confirmation, I will send you the gate code and your door lock code by email and to your cell # for ease of access.
Check-In time is 3:00pm or after and Check-out is by 10:00am.
Parking passes are now required by Condo Association. Parking Passes are $50 per vehicle with a maximum of 2 issued per stay. If you require 2 passes they MUST be purchased at time of rental. If I have to bring a second pass after you are here there will be a $50 trip charge on top of the price of the pass. $50/day charge per additional extra guest.
Breathtaking view of the Gulf and Perdido Pass. Located close to shopping and restaurants. Complex has outdoor pool and indoor pool, sauna, exercise room, picnic area. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for $50/day rental...first come, first serve basis.
If you use the washing machine, PLEASE use only MEDIUM or SMALL loads. Please clear the dryer lint filter after each use.
Please place all used towels on the bathroom floor. Housekeeping brings a new set for each rental.

$145.00 charge for housekeeping assessed per visit. Lodging tax will be added to rental rate.

We charge 3% convenience fee on any amount put on a credit/debit card.

Policy prohibits rentals to adults UNDER the age of 27.

Rental prepayment of $245 is needed to confirm reservation. Prepayment will be subtracted from grand total at check in.
