Beachwood Villas 5E -

This ground floor condo comfortably sleeps four with a queen bed in the master and queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Balcony off the living room overlooks the manicured courtyard grounds. The community pool is heated March and April (subject to temperature). Many new updates to this great condo, located in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Freshly painted, new hardwood floors, completely remodeled kitchen with all new appliances, updated bathroom and now offering WiFi, make this property a great beach vacation value!

Affordability with great amenities: two swimming pools, shuffleboard, tennis courts, children's sandy play area, clubhouse, and common grilling areas and laundry facility. Only a short stroll, approximately 125 yards across Scenic Highway 30A from the sugar sand beach, this community offers easy beach access with two walkways, and restaurants, seafood market and shopping within walking/bicycling distance.

First Floor:

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, Queen Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

Discounted rates have been applied to reflect renovations taking place within the complex from January through April & then again September through December. All amenities will remain accessible; however, the pool will not be heated during this time.

*Based on the daily temperature and at HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March to mid-April.

*Note – This property may have date restrictions that apply. All reservations submitted online are a request until receiving an email confirmation from Ocean Reef Resorts. Perfect quick getaway

My boyfriend and I booked a quick trip and the location and condo were perfect! In great walking distance to the beach and a quick drive into town, would stay again!

Great spot for 30A vacation!

Unit is clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. Beds are great, kitchen is awesome for cooking and family eating together. Short walk to pool, tennis and the beach.

Practical beach heaven

Great location, right across 30A from a great public beach access, and a magical beach. Next door to Cafe 30A was perfect. Management was great for letting us in when we didn’t have the access code.

Cozy stay

Perfect for my wife & I. If you forgot anything, there's a Tom Thumb just next door. And if you're into fine dining, Café 30A is just on the other side of Tom Thumb.If you're athletic, you can walk or ride a bike to just about all the restaurants & shopping plazas, but it is a bit further than other accommodations in the area. My wife & I would consider another stay.

Great location, too much control

Great area. The location was wonderful & the beach access was great. Loved the pools & condo. We were under their control with the AC unit. Beds were hard & uncomfortable. Slept on the couch more nights than not due to comfort.

So cute, loved our stay!

This condo is so cute and was very clean. It came with plenty of linens for our stay and was very comfortable. The communication with the property manager was quick and easy. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars for the neighborhood/location was that it seems like the beach access directly across from this condo leads to privately owned beaches but I could be wrong as I didn’t really ask around about it. The condo is literally a 1 minute drive from the public beach access with parking and bathrooms, so it was not a big deal at all. It’s also right next to the gas station/convenience store which proved to be very helpful several times during our stay. I was so impressed with this place, especially because of how last minute my trip was planned. My daughter and I had an amazing vacation! Thank you so much for the great place to stay!

Great location but looked and felt like we were at Grandma's

We were pleased with the location, easy access to the beach and short bike ride to restaurants. We were not bothered by the noise that others complained about. The bedroom window needs a blackout shade because it's very bright in the morning. Overall, this unit is economical but looks and smells like a senior living center. Very dated, musty and filled with furniture from the 80s. It needs an update and air freshening. The owners have also put handwritten signs in various places telling you what you are not allowed to do, not to touch, not to put down the disposal, etc. which adds to the parental-oversight ambiance. Bottom line, it's an inexpensive rental but I don't recommend it for a romantic getaway because you won't feel sexy in this place.

Location location!!! Great place! Quiet & Cozy! We’ll be back…

Building 5 is right across from the beach access! Yes, it drops you right on to a “private” beach allocated to a different beachfront property. I was initially concerned about this. But it’s no big deal at all! You still use this same, convenient beach access. And once you hit the sand, just 200 ft to the East (left) it’s public, wide open and BETTER than the crowded “private” area. We LOVED our little spot. We went back to the same little plot each day. (It’s all clearly marked and easy). We had little ones and a beach wagon full of all the things. There was always someone willing (and offering) to help us up and down the stairs. So it just made us want to help everyone else in return!! :) This speaks to the beautiful community to compliment the beautiful beaches 👍🏼 We were not sure what to expect of the Tom Thumb gas station next door when we booked. But it turned out to only be SUPER convenient! Ice, kitchen supplies, Salt & pepper, cereal, milk, bread, beach toys, TP. Quick & easy! Which ultimately gave us more family time at the beach :) You are walking distance to Angelina’s. Which turned out to be our fav pizza. The pool is very nice as well! The condo is very clean and cozy. I think we learned from the guestbook that it is the original owners from the 80’s. This made us want to treat it like our own…and it even helped us cast some vision to hopefully own a place like 5E one day soon! 🙏🏼 It felt like our friends were letting us stay at their place. So we naturally wanted to take the best care of it :) This was a special (last minute) beach trip for our little family. We will be back, for sure! 💙

Nice property but not our favorite

Check in And out process was simple; everything sent online. Well stocked with trash bags, towels, etc. They did forget to leave us any toilet paper but brought 2 rolls the next morning. Smelled clean on arrival. Needs a deep cleaning: there was a blood smear on the bedroom wall and dirt from finger prints on doors- thankfully I brought my disinfectant wipes. Thick dust on chair rails, baseboards, and fan blades. Air vent cover missing in bedroom Have to program the Nest thermostat for numerous times during the course of the day or else it’ll be 76° in the middle of the night. Be advised: most of the beach is controlled by surrounding condos and is private. Small section of Public beach allowed for this complex and is a walk down the beach. They will make you move. This condo is the closest to the beach access so made for a short walk. Bikes on patio but locked up and not available for use. Patio furniture with significant rusting. Problem getting living room TV to play due to faulty directions (try HDMI3 if you’re having trouble)- they were very gracious to come and figure it out for us. Toilet seat was also loose and they came promptly to fix it. As mentioned in other reviews: bed is firm but not uncomfortable. If you love a soft cushy bed this is not for you. Couch is comfy but kids did not try the pullout. Very well stocked kitchen Lots of hooks available to hang wet towels, etc No in-condo laundry which is a huge draw back for us but we were limited on available options when we booked. On site laundry available Cute place overall we just prefer something different. Lots of yummy restaurants around

Wonderful and peaceful beach trip!

Great experience with this property! Communication was prompt and needed codes given without asking. Property clean and well kept. Extra towels and linens available. All needed Cooking supplies easy to find, along with grills just a few feet away from patio. Perfect location from the beach!! Walk out the front door and a short walk across 30A, then down a beautiful breezy walkway and your on the beach! Couldn’t have been an easier and relaxing beach trip! Only con would be no washer and dryer in unit. However, laundry room available next to pool area. Hope to definitely go again!

Very nice! We had a great time. Had to rent bikes. We did not have combination to bikes on patio. Hot water only last about 5 min. The bed was not comfortable. We did enjoy exploring, eating and shopping.

Pretty much as advertized

The unit was very clean and well-appointed with good kitchenware, nice bath towels, and bath accessories. It is adjacent to a public beach access. Just be aware that larger developments nearby are restricting access to their beachfront property. One can certainly spend much more money not far away in Rosemary and Seaside.

Kept getting locked out of bathroom

I was locked out of the bathroom upon my arrival and after driving from Ga really needed to get it. maintenance came out and u locked it after I had gone to the store and used theirs. in the middle of the night, i was again locked out. called emergency maintenance and spoke to someone who was very rude. The doorknob has a push button on the back. but the door stop pushes in the button in whenthe door is opened. After waiting at 4 am for over 45 minutes for someone to cone out, he did not have the right tools. I was not let into my bathroom until almost noon the on Sunday. I was in able tonspend Saturday night at the room.. I was promised a call from management but never received one. I was there only two nights, one of which i couldn't stay with no access to a bathroom. I have a disability, and must have access to a bathroom. I would appreciate a call still! i left the place clean as requested.

Nice and great location!

Very nice one bedroom. Everything was provided even bikes! There was a broken mirror in the bathroom. Needs to be fixed before someone cuts themselves. Very nice place!
