BLUE MARLIN is a cute 1 bedroom, 2 bath - lower level of duplex. This vacation rental is conveniently located in a quaint area within a 5 minute walk to Cruz Bay town, restaurants, shops and beach shuttles. This unit has a nicely furnished living room, fully equipped kitchen with Stovetop - no oven, complete with microwave, blender, coffee maker, dishware and utensils. The king sized bedroom and bath is air conditioned. The unit has a Smart TV, satellite Dish TV channels, WiFi and telephone for your added comfort. Linens, towels, Beach towels & Beach chairs and BBQ!

The property was conveniently located and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a great stay on the island. We really appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler for day trips. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Blue Marlin. You always had to be cognizant of the steps inside the property, particularly when getting up at night. Dealings with the host were always straightforward. We would definitely rent again, but most likely the upstairs property which we took a look at while we were there.

This villa had everything we needed for our vacation. The rooms were clean and we were able to do laundry on site. We would stay here again.

Quirky place up on a hill. "Easy Walk to beach" not all that easy. Clean, pretty well equipped and is close to town. Jackie, the property manager, was superfantastic in communicating, meeting us at the dock and checking us in.

Great location with easy access to town for dinner and drinks. Nothing too luxurious but you cant beat the price in this spot. It was clean and comfortable for our stay. AC was cool. Beach chairs and a cooler were available which was great. We do recommend this place.

This unit is in a great location, is well-appointed and the host and staff took very good care of us. There was a 24-hour power outage on island and they checked in with us, and made sure we had generator power so that we were comfortable.

Great overall experience. We liked everything about our stay. Unit was inviting, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Michele was attentive and made us feel like we had a friend we could turn to on the island. Terrace was nice for relaxing outdoors. Location was a close walk to town yet more peaceful.

Jackie and Michelle were great communicaters. I was emailed all kinds of ideas such as jeep rentals, restaurants, shops and anything else you need for vacation. It was a great location with an easy walk into town and a not-so-easy walk back due to the hill. It is a very quiet area. The only sound is the occasional car or truck riding by. We loved the fact that they provided chairs,cooler and beach towels.

Island bliss

The Villa was very nice with just a short walk to Cruz Bay. Jackie was amazing and accommodating. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax and take in the island this place is perfect.

St. John stay

Great location easy access Jackie met me at the car dealership and guided me right to the location. There were no issues very nice accommodations. Great for up to 2 people.

A St.John getaway

Cute property!!The pictures don't do the place justice and needs to be updated. We had a lovely time. A quick walk down to Cruz Bay. Decent views. Had a lovely time and would definitely book again.

Walkable, Relaxing, and Close to Everything!

We spent 10 incredible days at this rental and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is ideal—just a short walk to Cruz Bay, where we enjoyed great restaurants, shops, and easy access to water activities like snorkeling and boat tours. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were responsive and helpful with local tips. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the best of St. John without needing a car every day!

Perfect place for two in St. John!

My daughter and I enjoyed a fantastic stay at Blue Marlin. So cozy, so comfortable. Amazingly clean, ideal set up for being able to make some meals there, but a very short walk to Cruz Bay for access to dining, bars, taxis to the beaches. It had everything you could ask for in order to have a private space to relax. Jackie was so helpful and made it easy to book, easy to get there and even though we really didn't need much while we were there, we knew we could reach out at any time and she would help. I couldn't recommend the Blue Marlin more!

Great location in Cruz Bay!

The Blue Marlin is easy walking distance to all the Cruz bay restaurants and bars, and the parking spot two bathrooms were a bonus. Very clean and a great spot for two!

Two weeks in Paradise

Blue Marlin Villa was clean, nicely appointed and in easy walking distance to town. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Can't wait to go back.

Love this place! Excellent location, good view, exceeded my expectations!

The rep drove us there (we didn’t have to haul our luggage) and the she dropped us off by the market.

Convenient Place To Explore Island!

Good location to use as jumping off point each day to explore. Close walk to town and restaurants. Unit had plenty of space and basic amenities we needed.
