Great town house, clean, updated and convenient for a large family. spoke with the host a few times and it was a quick resolution. Handsdown the best placed we have stayed in pcb.

Hello.We were there from 07/27-07/31The only concern I had, was the central ac unit wasn’t cooling the place enough.

You can’t beat the location. This unit does not have a garage door. Although it does have a garage. We love staying in the shores. Space was nice AC worked good. Some of the dishes were still dirty upon arrival and some light bulbs missing but overall we had a good stay.

We love going to PCB Sunnyside and staying at The Shores. We have stayed there multiple times and always look forward to returning. The unit has been nicely updated and remodeled. The new windows allow for even more views of the beautiful beach and ocean scenery. The extended deck makes it possible to have 2 areas for eating or just sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. The railings are well-done and don't heat up with the sun, so very comfortable to lean on while enjoying the view. The convenience from the deck to the beach can't be beat, along with the well-placed hoses to wash off the sand when coming back in. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare a family meal. Both bathrooms are lovely and clean with beautiful tile work. One drawback was the toilet room in the Master bedroom. The toilet was moved to a very small closet-like room that has very little space to sit down or even turn around. The door closes right at your knees, and I'm 5'7". Not a deal-breaker, but a very uncomfortable situation. Hopefully, the unit will continue to be updated as time goes on. We are looking forward to returning as soon as we can. Thank you for a lovely vacation spot.

Great stay

These townhomes are our favorite place to stay in Panama City Beach. Everything was as described and the property management was super responsive!

One hour before check in we were told they were replacing the balcony rails and wouldn’t be able to use them. They never showed up to do any of it. Day 2 we had no water for several hours. The beds are extremely hard. I wish I had known that. The shower had caked on soap on the ledge. I feel like the communication was terrible with mgt. The condo itself wasn’t bad but needs better cleaning, bedding, and mgt staff.

Wonderful beachfront Townhome

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront townhome! The location couldn’t have been better — literally right in front of the beach, with gorgeous views and just a few steps to the sand. It was also super easy to access from the main road, and having both Aldi and Publix close by made grocery runs quick and convenient.The house itself was very clean, well maintained, and felt like a home away from home. Everything was just as described, and we appreciated the attention to detail. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located beach getaway!

Nice condo on quiet beach

This condo sits right on the beach, with only sea grass and palm trees between us and the sand. We had a great view from our back deck and the upstairs porch. The condo itself was very nice, clean and pretty, and had everything we needed. Even in December, it was a nice vacation.

Simply the Perfect Vacation Rental!!! Couldn’t ask for more.

It is even more Beautiful in person then in pictures. Outstanding location and beach access. It was so clean we felt as if we were the first occupants. Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms felt luxurious. The views from the windows and TWO balconies were spectacular! We made some incredible family memories and are already looking forward to booking again.

Beach vacation

Beach access was great house was infested with roaches bad contacted property manager multiple times they waited until two days before our 7 day stay was over to offer to move us very dissatisfied with how it was all handled and the roach situation!
