Upstairs find two gorgeous bedrooms, with the latest in finishes and fixtures. Walk to restaurants, Five Points South and even to dinner at the award winning Highlands or Chez Fon Fon! Breakfast at the Pancake House or check out Golden Temple or Mellow Mushroom on foot! By car, minutes to Mountain Brook's English Village and Homewood. Business meeting Downtown?.... five minutes away. While in our city, stay here, where residential meets urban and enjoy all of the beauty and fun Birmingham has to offer.

Great location and amenities

Close to everything you might want or need that Birmingham has to offer. Townhouse is on a very nice street, secure, and very accommodating. Owner was beyond helpful and kind. We would recommend it highly.

Beautiful Place to Stay

The Property was immaculate, it was perfect for my son and I who spent 10 days there for a baseball tournament. Needed more space than a Hotel and this was much more than I could have asked for, if in town would pick this place again.

Great gathering place

We family stayed here for my nieces graduation from Univ of Alabama. The off street gated parking is great. Close to expressway. The home has everything we needed.

Townhome Birmingham

Susan was a wonderful host!!! Great location, safe area, lots of restaurants close by. This was a perfect stay for our family of four. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room and we felt right at home. I love that these condos are side by side and not on top of each other. It also felt safe to park our vehicle inside a security gate. Absolutely loved it and we will stay here again & try another unit of Susan’s property but we loved this one as well.

Baseball tournament

Came for a baseball tournament and loved our stay. Home was first class and the cleanest Vrbo we’ve stayed at. A must stay of visiting Hoover/ Birmingham

Great place to stay!

We had a girl get away to Birmingham and this was a wonderful place to stay. Plenty of room in the den and kitchen to spend time together and the beds were comfortable. The owner was very quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend.

Better than the photos

We had an excellent time during our stay! Checking in was a breeze. There was gated parking in the back, which was a great perk. The house was completely stocked with cooking utensils, pans, and pantry staples in the kitchen. The sheets and towels smelled fresh and clean, as did the entire home upon our first entry. We would absolutely stay here again if we are back in the area!

Spacious & beautiful townhome!

This is a great property and the most spacious one we’ve rented in Birmingham. Great for hosting small gatherings. Susan is fabulous to work with & very responsive to any questions. Will definitely stay here again!

Superb experience VRBO Townhome Birmingham

Beautifully decorated, comfortable in every sense, excellent kitchen equipment. The bed was very comfortable, bathrooms nice with all amenities. Manager was responsive within minutes. Overall a very pleasant experience. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was wonderful. The townhome was beautiful. Very clean and spacious. We didn’t want to leave. Perfect place for 2 adults and 3 teens. It was a convenient location as well!

Birmingham townhouse

Perfect townhouse for a weekend in Birmingham! Very spacious and well equipped townhouse in a cute neighborhood. Very central to the restaurants in Five Points. We will definitely stay here again.

Our go-to in Birmingham

Very clean, convenient location, great space for extended stays. We really enjoy this unit whenever it is available and we are in Birmingham visiting family. We stay in a lot of rentals and this is great value for money. Highly recommend.

Visiting Granddaughter attending Samford University

We were very please with the accommodations . The townhome was updated with many amenities . We enjoyed the location allowing us to walk or a short drive to many shops and restaurants .

Samford visit

We came to visit Samford and this house was perfect for our family of 4. It is very well done and updated. This was our first time to the Birmingham area and thought the location was perfect for where we wanted to go. Great house!

Wonderful property, as usual...

This property is wonderful... Located in a neighborhood convenient to everything, always clean, well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable furniture. We've lost track of how many times we've stayed in this property over the past four or so years, and we love coming back to visit our kids. One note: the HVAC stopped working on Friday night, and Susan and her team were very responsive and had it all working again quickly! Recommend highly!
