Private, gated rear parking with front and back porch. Sidewalks and onstreet front parking as well. Powder room bath on main floor. Upstairs find two gorgeous bedrooms, with the latest in finishes and fixtures. Walk to restaurants, Five Points South and even to dinner at the award winning Highlands or Chez Fon Fon! Breakfast at the Pancake House or check out Golden Temple or Mellow Mushroom on foot! By car, minutes to Mountain Brook's English Village and Homewood. Business meeting Downtown?.... five minutes away. While in our city, stay here, where residential meets urban and enjoy all of the beauty and fun Birmingham has to offer.

House was in excellent condition, and was well stocked with several ancillary items that we needed. Great location in proximity to downtown Birmingham. Quiet neighborhood that felt safe for a family.

House was in a very convenient location - walkable to downtown and Mountain Brook/Botanical Gardens. There were just two of us so there was plenty of room. Despite the instructions, we were not able to get the fireplace to work, so perhaps someone more technically inclined may be able to figure it out. Nicely decorated and very clean. This may have just been an oversight by the cleaners but we only had hand soap in the powder room and one bathroom and no bath soap. My friend brought her own but I had to go buy some, so you may want to bring some just in case. Great stay, convenient location, nice house!

The house was exactly as advertised. Very clean, comfortable beds, great water pressure in the showers.The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to texts.My family enjoyed walking to breakfast each morning. We also loved walking the trail at the nearby Vulcan Park.We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Place to Stay

The Property was immaculate, it was perfect for my son and I who spent 10 days there for a baseball tournament. Needed more space than a Hotel and this was much more than I could have asked for, if in town would pick this place again.

Weekend college visit

We stayed here on a weekend visit to Samford. It was a great option for our family of 4. Very clean, spacious, easy to find. I would gladly stay here again.

Great place to stay!

We had a girl get away to Birmingham and this was a wonderful place to stay. Plenty of room in the den and kitchen to spend time together and the beds were comfortable. The owner was very quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend.

Great location and amenities

Close to everything you might want or need that Birmingham has to offer. Townhouse is on a very nice street, secure, and very accommodating. Owner was beyond helpful and kind. We would recommend it highly.

Great gathering place

We family stayed here for my nieces graduation from Univ of Alabama. The off street gated parking is great. Close to expressway. The home has everything we needed.
