Carriage house, approx. 450sf, above owners detached garage provides privacy in a wooded setting, 2 bedroom 7'6 x 13' each(1 queen and 1 twin), living area with kitchenette and dinette. Quality constructed all natural wood interior, granite counters, 16' x 8’ deck. Well appointed living space, DirecTV, WiFi included. Kitchenette includes microwave, Cuisinart Griddler, coffee maker, toaster, mini-fridge, bar sink and enough utensils/dish ware for 3. Less than 10 minutes to town, 3 minutes to Wolf Mountain Winery and very close to most of the other wineries as well. Bath includes shower only, no tub. Entry faces away from owners home and has separate parking for 2 cars nose to tail.

Wonderful Stay!

This was the perfect property for our 2 night mid-week stay in Dahlonega. My husband and I brought his mother for a mountain getaway for short hikes and wine tasting. The cottage was charming, clean, and well appointed with a private entrance and deck where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Would definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

Cozy & Dog Friendly

I ended up only staying one night but it was so nice. I was in town for a wedding. Finding such a nice place that welcomed my 2 dogs meant the world to me. I just felt safe and at home. I wish I had not missed the first night. Thank you to the hosts! I had a rotten time at the wedding and left pretty early to enjoy a cozy comfy atmosphere.

Nice Weekend Stay

The location of the little cabin was perfect. Nice quite neighborhood with lots of privacy. Had a nice little porch to take in the beautiful wooded area. We found the inside to be very inviting with everything we needed for the weekend. There was lots of local information provided on the coffee table, which we found very useful. Easy drive to the town square where you'll find nice shops and lots of dining choices. We very much enjoyed our little weekend get away and was so nice to bring our dog Wilson along.

Wonderful place to stay - very warm ambiance and comfortable. Hosts were awesome. Vrbo has a weird question that they require guests to answer about your "winery experience" - there is no winery associated with this property, and Vrbo should remove that question. Would love to stay here again.

Very clean and pleasant. Peaceful. Owners left a notebook explaining everything very clearly and provided information about the local area. We just had a very nice, enjoyable stay in a beautuful setting.

Everything we hoped for

Loved, loved, loved it! Just the right balance of rustic and comfy. Great way to start and end each exciting day in this wonderfully beautiful area. Definitely worth the lil extra to stay here. Hope to return again.

Perfect getaway space

This is the perfect space for a few people. In our case, it was my husband and I and 2 little dogs. The cabin was immaculate, lots of beautiful knotty pine, very tastefully decorated throughout, Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful cabin, wonderful hosts

Cabin was perfect for our two night stay. Comfortable bed. Driving distance to dahlonega and lots of local hiking. Randy was responsive when we needed him and very kind. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us!
