This was a great getaway cabin. Secluded and rustic. No issues getting codes needed and absolutely best cabin we have stayed in so far. Great location too!

We enjoyed our stay. We loved that we could heare the waterfall from the screened in porch. Location is perfect for visiting Dahlonega. The popsicle lamp was so cute!

The 1950's cabin has great roots and warmth. The creek and waterfall is a true escape. Dahlonega has gold mining ( recommend taking your and pan) Underground great food and sometimes highly entertainment. Spirits the burgers are to die for- go Hungry! Loved the square and all the shops.Bring a variety of footwear and layers, we took a fly fishing lesson while visiting. Bring firewood, paper plates, flashlights the flagstone is uneven in places.

My husband and I planned a spur of the moment weekend trip and we were not disappointed! We had an amazing time! The cabin was like taking a trip back in time. It was peaceful, quiet and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

The cabin is as is explained on the listing. Everything is provided and it was clean. If you or your wife are somewhat leary of spider webs, you might have a small issue due to the outside of the windows being fairly covered in them even though they are outside the windows. The cabin is rustic, charming and comfortable, just dont expect hotel type of vibe which was great for me. The water right behind the cabin is fairly slow flowing so not much to really look at, but the falls about 200 feet away are awesome!The outside area could definitely need some sprucing up as well for a relaxing evening outside with a fire.

Love this little cabin! We rented last minute, and it was a smooth process. Hal was very responsive and informative. The setting is so serene and relaxing. Will definitely be going back for a longer stay.

A really great, rustic cabin within Camp Glisson. We stayed Saturday-Sunday, so there were no campers around, and it was very quiet. A beautiful spot right on Cane Creek. A well appointed cabin with everything we needed. The kids liked the old Popeye DVDs and the screened porch replete with a chest of toys and a mini foosball table. It's within 10 minutes from wonderful Dahlonega, and not far from Amicalola Falls. There are also lots of other streams and waterfalls to check out if you do a little research ahead of time. We had a great stay, and we hope to return. All thanks to the hosts!
