With vaulted ceilings, south facing windows and full of light and fresh air, this place is a comfortable, pleasant and safe place to spend time. Open studio style floorplan. There is a fully stocked kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher and a full bath. Off street parking. Close to UW and walkable to many restaurants in the area and an easy walk to UW stadiums. 65” flat screen TV. Premium linens.

Female traveling solo who navigated the area by car and foot. I felt very safe here! Thank you for the recommendations provided! The place was comfortable, quiet and the perfect layover location between two work trips.

We were in Seattle for the weekend. This cottage rental was perfect! Very cozy, clean and quiet! The owner was very good with communicating with us and answering our questions. Great location, too.

This is an amazing space - the only issue was with the neighbors who partied very loudly until about 1:30 a.m. Other than that, it was comfortable, clean, easy to check in and out of and the kitchen held everything you could need. Communication with the host was excellent and all the instructions/pictures regarding parking and entry were clear and timely.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and the perfect size for a couple. The neighborhood felt very safe and was incredibly convenient—close to everything we wanted to do in Seattle.We used it as our home base for Mariners games, visiting family, and shopping, and it couldn’t have worked out better. The host was exceptionally friendly and responded to every question almost immediately, making the entire experience easy and stress-free.The home had everything we needed and even included thoughtful extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Seattle!

Beautiful, clean cottage that is perfectly appointed for two people. Comfortable bed and great shower. Wonderful location for accessing U Village and UW. We plan to return again. Thank you for a great stay!

Clean and comfy studio on a quiet street

Very comfy little place in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. Easy to get around on public transportation. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed our stay at Bryant Cottage. The property was clean and exactly as pictured. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were friendly and provided great communication. Really appreciated all the little things that were included. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

This was an awesome place to stay! "Charming cottage" is a perfect description of it. Andrew and his wife, who greeted us during our time there, have created a beautiful space which had everything we needed for our stay. We were delighted to stay in such a lovely place close to our Seattle family and friends. If I could, I would give this place (6) stars!
