The cozy space includes a Queen bed in the bedroom, bunks for smaller children, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Best suited for a couple with 2-3 children max. Fully stocked for your stay with a modern kitchen that has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker, full bath, and Smart TV, plus views of the pool from the front door and quick beach access just steps away. Walk to dining, shopping, and entertainment at Coligny Plaza!

Location Highlights: Just 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. A short walk to Lowcountry Celebration Park with its playgrounds, events, and outdoor fitness trail. The gated, oceanfront complex includes access to a pool, sundeck, and direct beach access, ensuring a perfect coastal getaway. Full access to the condo, pool, sundeck, beach access, and the gated parking lot.

We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.

Please note, only 1 parking pass is available for guests, and the lot has spaces for up to 2 cars under the building. Whether you’re here to relax on the beach, explore Hilton Head’s attractions, or just enjoy the view from your patio, this condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience!

We enjoyed our last minute getaway to HHI. The property was easy to find, check in was easy. We loved the view from the balcony. The unit was clean and well maintained. We liked having the dual keurig coffee maker. Perfect space for a couple! We walked to dinner one night. The walk to the beach access was great! Would stay here again!

A Short Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The proximity to the beach was great. Enjoyed being able to walk to the beach in just a couple minutes. The unit was good for me, the only occupant. It would probably work for a small family where the kids can sleep in the hallway bunkbeds. The bedroom was small. This unit is near the street. A couple mornings I was awaken around 6a by the sound of the trash truck emptying the dumpsters. That was very loud.Overall, it worked for me. Loved the location and proximity to the beach. Just realize the property is an older property.

Great location, ocean views, perfect for a family!

This is the second time we have stayed at this particular condo, but the first time in this unit. We really like the location. It is walking distance to the Tiki Bar without being over crowded. This unit is on the top floor so it has some great views of the ocean. It is perfect for a family of 4- has everything you need! Great trip!

Overall a nice stay

Very cozy. The kitchen was really small and hard to maneuver around. Probably best suited for 2-4 guests. Short walk to the beach and close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Small condo, but clean and updated. Nice Ocean view and a short walk to the beach. Within walking distance to nice restaurants and shopping. Great communication from the owner.

Very nice property, clean, great view of the beach, ac works great (perfect for the hot summer)and location was great. Close to everything needed and has it's own walkway to the beach! Easy and quick communication with owner.

Great Location

Great location! Short walk to the beach. Great view, close to pool, close to walk and rent bikes. Close to shopping and restaurants. We had a great time. Condo was as described and fit my Husband and I and our daughter perfectly. Couch and bed were comfy! Loved the view of the ocean and loved could walk out door and see pool. Perfect location.

The property was very clean. Had all the essentials needed. Nice view of the ocean from the 3rd floor so you are able to get a great view of the ocean. The owners get back to you very quickly with any concerns and go above and beyond to make sure you have a excellent stay. The owner definitely went above our expectations. I will definitely stay again. The owners seem to really care about your stay. I am still in awwww at the way we were treated. Absolutely amazing stay! Thank you! We will be back! It was raining our entire stay and we still had a wonderful time!
