While our maintenance team are able to fix many things, the internet providers require the homes occupants to call them directly. We apologize for this hassle. Hi Roberta. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The parking pass fees are regulated by the Home Owners Associations that run the condo buildings themselves and some do require you to purchase them when you arrive. Since the door code we provide allows you to go straight to the condo, you're not required you to "check-in" . We all have to buy these passes when staying at the properties. I am sorry that about the lack of lightbulbs and can assure you that they have been replaced. Please, call us next time so we can take care of this more quickly.
