Clean rooms, pet friendly, kitchen was huge, back porch area was fun to hamg around. Right by the good restaurants, shops and beach!

The property was very good for a single cat and had all the amenities we needed in the kitchen, along with chairs and umbrella for the beach.The condo was at the end of the row and was very secluded, and it was very close to the beach and to restaurants and other amenities. Thank you very much for making our stay a pleasant one. We would not think twice about staying there again next year.

Comfortable home and neighborhood

Neighborhood and small cottage community is close to everything yet feels so secluded. Beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean! Highly recommend and would stay again!

Perfect home base while in town for a family wedding. Easy check in, clean home, short walk to the beach. Convenient to Publix and several restaurants.

The condo was clean and very cute and had enough kitchenware so we could cook a few meals and dine in. Comfortable beds and living room and a cute, fenced in backyard…perfect if bringing Fido! Quiet location, just minutes from everything. Danny was super accommodating to our party’s last-minute request to extend our stay unexpectedly. I’d definitely look to book this rental again!

Cute place.

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to publox so we were able to get groceries easily. We were also clpse to everything we wanted such as the Garlic and the beach. Plenty of room for 4.

The condo was perfect. Nice little yard for the dog to run around a bit. Plenty of room for my wife and two teenagers. Would definitely recommend.

This was our second time staying here. Just love the property and it’s an only a short walk to the beach. The host was excellent and very responsive! I’m sure we will be back!

Weekend Stay

My fiancé and I stayed at this beach cottage for Stetson’s homecoming to be close enough to the action but far enough from campus to relax. We really enjoyed the place, the area around had a lot of cool restaurants and places to check out! Our host was quick to reply whenever we had questions, and we hope to make this a repeat stay whenever we come back down to the area.

Very Clean and Private. Perfect!

My wife and I have stayed at countless places in NSB over the years and this is, by far, the best we have ever experienced. Plenty of room, a nice kitchen, and a great little private fenced yard perfect for hanging out with the dog for an early evening cookout. We will be booking again very soon!

Clean and close to beach access

I stayed during the last week of April. There wasn't many people around which made for a nice, quiet stay. Danny (host) was accommodating and answered any questions in a very timely matter. The rooms are spacious and the entire place was very clean.

Danny emailed us the code to get in and everything was exactly as it was pictured. Very close to the ball field we were going to for a baseball tournament. It was also easy access to Publix, eating establishments, Beach view Tavern (for the NFL football games) and a short drive to Flagger Avenue. The rooms were very clean and all decorated with beach items. We would highly recommend this location and would stay there again. With it being pet friendly, there were doggie cushions in a couple of the rooms.
