Close to Flagler and walking distance to fishing. I was able to park my boat trailer on property which was a huge plus. And its right next to the boat ramp and the best coffee in NSB, Islander. Great stay!

Great place to stay! Beautiful courtyard fenced in in the back. Parking was so helpful!Beds were extremely comfortable! Host was great to communicate with. Hope to be back again!

Nice get away place

Great place to stay. Clean and set up nicely Location was perfect Close to everything, a short walk or bike ride to the beach and Flagler Ave. Close to the Marinas as well We would absolutely stay here again

Great place so central!

Stayed here for two weeks and enjoyed our stay close to anything you might like to do in New Smyrna, beach, restaurants and downtown. Great spot!

Fantastic place

This was a great stay. The space was nice and clean, bed was comfortable, the owner was a great communicator. The location was ideal, close to so many things and nice and quiet, even with it being bike week!

Great experience

It was a beautiful place in a great location a block off the marina- where my kids were able to see dolphins. Very clean, everything is working order, and safe area. We would stay here again!

Back in Smyrna

Had a nice stay as I was back in town for my Mom’s final two radiation treatments. Needed a simple place to stay, that had easy access for wherever I needed to go. Having grown up in NSB… this property made the trip even easier.

Great, quiet place near Flagler!

Other than some miscommunication around the door code upon check-in, this 2/2 condo was fantastic! For the price, you can’t beat the location and what the place offers. I would definitely stay here again.
