My husband and I had a wonderful stay. We are local to SC and needed a place while our house was getting done (always stressful), and this VRBO was perfect for us. It had one of the better appointed kitchens I've had in a vacation rental, which as a cook, I really appreciated. I'd absolutely stay again, or recommend it to family and friends visiting.

Property was great! Very clean and many basic amenities provided. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. Great location, just up from Twin Lakes beach and an easy 30 minute walk to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and rides. The host was great and very communicative. This was our second year staying at this beach house in Santa Cruz, and we already hope to come back again next year! The house is always clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location with easy access to everything we wanted to do. The parking makes it a real steal for the location. We walked to the beach everyday and music on the beach at night.It has just about everything you need for a relaxing stay. The only thing to note is that you'll want to bring your own condiments and pantry basics, as those aren't provided. Other than that, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the home is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need and for going to the beach (towels, chairs, toys)We've had another wonderful stay and highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained place to enjoy Santa Cruz. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a great time at this light, bright, beachy cottage. The location is fabulous--a quick walk to the beach and harbor. The house is comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped.

We were happy to find this dog friendly location within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and coffee (less than 3 blocks). The house was clean, communication was easy, and there were two outdoor areas with tables, chairs, and umbrellas. The back yard had grass and was completely fenced in and the front patio was semi fenced in. Our dog liked to spend her mornings out front in the sun, while I sat in the shade, read my book, and drank my coffee. I would highly recommend this location. Thank you!

Wonderful gem!

Our family of 3, plus 2 small dogs, had a blast at this cottage. The location cannot be beat (easy walk to the beach), and the cottage was lovely. It had a nicely outfitted kitchen and great sectional for lounging. Relaxing vibe, responsive to our questions - definitely recommend!

Cute house updated very clean short walk to beach. I traveled with 2 dogs nice to have a fenced backyard. My little 23 pound dog did find a couple of openings in fence. I would stay there again

Loved the place and the location. Property wasn’t ready on time . I had to wait til 447 pm. Good thing I didn’t pay for the early arrival, also I couldn’t bring my dog because the discloser stated that my pet couldn’t be over 45lbs. Something I didn’t see until I had payed . I tried to call the property manager and left a message 2 days prior with no answer, so I just left my dog at home .

Very clean. Quiet. Private. Restful front and back patio/porches including outdoor shower. Walkable location to everything: beach, coffee shop, restaurants, bodega all 5 minutes. Best dinner Crows Nest upstairs Passion fruit margarita & Portabello Mushroom burger.Santa Cruz Boardwalk 35 minutes, boarded train to the Redwoods. Light house off jetty on the way home.Didn’t use the car for 4 days. Would stay again for longer.

Great location perfect for family

We made a last minute decision for a beach weekend in Santa Cruz . With our 2 kiddos and dog, this was a perfect vacation spot for us. The location was great. We walked to Twin Lakes Beach and Boardwalk, Harbor Cafe, coffee shops and markets. The two bedrooms was perfect to give all of us room for privacy and spreading out. We had one maintenance concern with a leaking shower head spraying on the wall. The service team was not able to fix it during our short stay, but they responded that they will do that right after.
