Awesome 3-bedroom house in a beautiful neighborhood. You can park your car in the garage and walk to the boardwalk, restaurants, wine tasting and beer garden. This is the best deal in Santa Cruz.

Perfect location: walking distance to the beach and boardwalk in one direction, or surfing competition and dog beach in the other direction. Walkable to downtown, too.The kitchen has every pot and gadget you could need, with a keurig and standard coffee maker. (There was even ground coffee in the freezer and Peets coffee pods on the counter.)Dog friendly and has a nice backyard with grass and furniture.The bedrooms are very spacious, and I am so grateful for a washer and dryer.

Wonderful, charming house perfect for the family, fantastic location and well stocked with essentials for an easy stay. Fantastic host and one of the best guest experiences i've had in a while! Would certainly stay again!

All in all, an excellent stay for 6 mature women who had the time of their lives. Everything was as stated and clean. Exceptionally good location, and friendly neighbors.

Terrific location for a family stay easy walk to the wharf, boardwalk, beaches. Pretty quiet neighborhood for as close to everything that it is. Very well stocked house. Hot tub works well. Couldn’t ask for a nicer stay!

We had a great stay and always love being in Santa Cruz. The property is located in a great area with a view of the ocean right out of the front yard and we were able to walk down to the pier for dinner at night and around the corner to a nice coffee shop each morning.The house was clean and charming with a lot of interesting history on the walls. The backyard was well kept and a nice area to just relax and find some quiet.We had a great weekend and would stay again in the future.

It’s a nice house in a great location that is close to the boardwalk! It has a nice yard too if you bring a dog like we did!

Comfortable beds, good kitchen, and hot tub was nice. Great location on the west side of SC near surf spots, the boardwalk and a short drive to downtown.

Great Place Close to Surf Spots

Wonderful place close to surf spots and very quiet neighborhood, even being close to a main street, there was no noise and the stay was fun and relaxing.

Amazing location! Easy contactless entry, gracious hosts, information book for the area and info on the house, lovely backyard, great hot tub, well stocked kitchen! It was so comfortable for 6 guests.

This is our second time staying at this lovely home. The location is perfect. We really enjoy the walk to the Boardwalk and pier. The house is very clean and well equipped to handle a large family.

Great location for family gathering.

The location was great for our family coming together for parts of the holidays. We could easily walk and surf straight from the property. It has a great common space.

Beautiful home, excellent location. Home had everything that we needed and more. We had a lovely time. Spent time in spa, played games in the yard, watched surfers and walked to beach. It was a most enjoyable stay!

Awesome location, great beds!

This was the perfect spot for me and my family to vacation. Such a short easy drive or walk to the boardwalk and the pier. The house was perfect for relaxing and the beds were awesome. Great idea to have sleep number beds!
