Charming & Private Santa Cruz Cottage 3 Blocks from the Beach

Charming 2 bedroom 2 bath beach cottage only 3 blocks from Twin Lakes State Beach. The recently updated kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. The living room has a gas fireplace and a smart TV. The queen master bedroom has a smart TV and bathroom with tub, shower and laundry area. 2nd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. The 2nd bathroom has a shower. Linens, towels and wi-fi are provided.

Neatly landscaped and fully enclosed front yard with lounge seating on the deck, gas BBQ, hammock in the garden, outdoor fireplace, and large teak dining table on the patio. Tropical outdoor shower with warm water. Beach chairs, coolers and beach umbrellas are provided, all you need to bring is your bathing suit.

The cottage is close to the Yacht Harbor and Crow's Nest restaurant. It's located at the end of the street with plenty of parking and privacy. The yard is fully enclosed so pets are safe. We are happily pet friendly.

Great beach cottage with everything you could need. Quick walk to the beach and a perfect little yard for our dog. Great communication with the hosts as well!

Wonderfull happy property!! I say happy because the dogs love the front yard.They enjoy it as much as we do. Location is great. Walk to the Crow's Nest andbeach. Beach chairs, wagon, towels are all provided to make it an easy stay:)We have stayed here three times and will be back!!

Home is great with all the amenities you can need, clean, cozy, an easy walk to the beach and good parking spaces. The hosts were wonderful and answered all our questions promptly. We are looking forward to staying here again

This house was the perfect little gem for a weekend getaway in Santa Cruz. Harbor and beach are in close walking distance. The house is in a quiet dead-end street with a lovely porch and private garden out front inviting you to relax. The beds are very comfortable, and bathrooms and kitchen are equipped with everything needed and more. The hosts were fast to respond and very helpful. We couldn't be happier with our stay.

We loved staying at this wonderful Cottage. It was everything we wanted and more. The listing is very accurate. It is located at the end of a dead end street. It has a very secured fenced in yard which was perfect for our little dog. We loved the quietness and privacy. Thank you Kim and Pam! We look forward to next year when we visit Santa Cruz

We had an amazing experience at the Santa Cruz cottage. Kim and Pam were excellent hosts and made the whole process wonderful. The cottage was spotless and absolutely darling! We also appreciated all the insight and tips given. Communication and hospitality was over the top! We’d love to stay there again!

Perfect Beach Cottage

This was a wonderful home and the perfect setting for some relaxing beach fun with the whole family. Easy walk to the beach and great food. Would definitely stay here again when coming to Santa Cruz!
