This beautiful bright condo is the perfect getaway for your next trip to the beach! This home can comfortably sleep 8 guests with 2 bedrooms (plus a loft) and 2 and a half bathrooms. Centrally located in downtown Pismo Beach, only a short walk to the sand. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a TV. The second bedroom located directly next to the primary, has 2 twin beds. Both rooms are located on the entry level as well as a full bath and the washer and dryer.
On the second level you can find a spacious living room with a sofa sleeper, dining area, kitchen, half bathroom, and a balcony with a propane BBQ; making it perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The loft features gorgeous ocean views as well as an additional living space, with a sofa and TV, a twin bed, a twin trundle, and a full bathroom. In addition, this condo also comes with two covered and gated parking spots located just beneath the home.

Nice clean house near the beach

We liked the location of this property. It was nice and big for our family of 5 and was nice and clean. Rental is through beach bum holidays and they were ok. I would have preferred avoiding the check-in at their office, and being able to go straight to the house. We also complained about a loose mirror in the entrance (we were worried it would crash on our kids heads!), but they did not come and address it during our stay. There is a great loft with a view of the ocean! It would have been great if there was a double bed up there. The house had all the amenities we needed, including sand toys and beach towels. They only provided enough laundry and dishwasher detergent for a few loads which felt a bit cheap, and kind of annoying. It is a nice walk to the beach, and we were able to store our sandy surf gear on the porch. Next time I would probably pick somewhere that was a bit smaller and closer to the beach, but that is just because it was so big for us.

Great property in Downtown Pismo

The property was fantastic. The location is very convenient, and was outfitted with everything we needed. All of the people we worked with at the property management company were cheerful and helpful, and checkin and checkout went smoothly. The restaurant next door does create some noise, especially early in the morning when garbage is picked up and food deliveries are made, but it's not every morning, and is more of a minor inconvenience. We would look forward to staying at this property again.

Pismo get away

The check in process was super easy and the space was fantastic. Couldn’t beat the location. There was plenty of space and it was great to have the two car ports. I would definitely stay here again.

Wish I had known a few things

The parking structure is very low, our truck missed the roof by mere inches, if that. The twin beds in the one room slide super easily, my daughter fell off one night because of that. Otherwise, very clean and neat place. Not a ton of circulation in the bedrooms, so floor fans are a must.

We enjoyed our long weekend in Pismo. This unit was clean and comfortable. We walked to the beach several times and enjoyed shopping and restaurants close by.

Great Time, Beautiful Place

This is a nice property. It was very clean, bright, well equipped and as described. Beds were comfortable and view from the loft quite nice. Location was easy walking distance to the beach, pier and down town. Would stay here again when the opportunity arrises. Great nightly price for the property and location.

Adorable beach themed condo, clean with all of the amenities! This is our 3rd stay at this location & we will be back!! The ocean views are gorgeous and the property is well furnished. The perfect family beach house!!! Just a short walk away from downtown eating, shopping & the beach! Family friendly!!! Teenagers in the loft upstairs...younger kids downstairs in the extra bedroom.

Fabulous Condo!!!! GREAT STAY!!!

My family and I loved our stay at tis condo. You have incredible views of the ocean and you will appreciate watching the sunset from the upstairs loft. Perfect location you can walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and night life! The condo was also very secure including the parking garage. Condo was fully equipped (home away from home) so it was very nice to have all of the linens, towels, bedding, and kitchen accessories. Also liked the charcoal BBQ and the beach accessories provided for guest use. Rebecca, Thank you so much for letting my family and I stay at your condo.

We were pleasantly supris...

We were pleasantly suprised renting this beautiful Condo during January 2010 which was cozy with beach decor,art,pictures,premire beds-linen furniture and carpeting. The kitchen was state-of-the-art complete from A to Z with fine cutlery, dishes, glasses and silverware w a balcony BBQ The panaramic view of the northern & eastern surrounds through the living room windows/patio added bright sun light every day. The Gas fireplace kept us warm as toast & the hi speed internet kept us on-line 24/7. The loft was our favorite for naps, watching the beach surfers & sunsets over the Pacific. Definitely Five (5) Stars w/ wonderful Resturants Galore!
