Complimentary access to Rosemary Beach® Fitness and complimentary court time at Rosemary Beach® Racquet Club also included.

The living and sleeping quarters provide all of the beach comforts of a main house, with an unmatched element of coziness. Your beach ambiance is secured by the abundant sunshine pouring through the wall of windows on one entire side. You will also find that the high-quality furnishings and fully equipped kitchen rival most cottages, so prepare to be spoiled. Perfect location for the best time of the year!

We’ve stayed everywhere in Rosemary and we keep coming back to this carriage house because the location is just so good! Right next to a green space for our dog and steps from the beach. We will be back next year.

Great Location, property is a bit shabby

We had a wonderful long weekend in Rosemary Beach. The carriage house is in a great location and we had a lovely stay. The mattresses were comfortable. The furniture is shabby and stained, and the kitchen was a bit dirty. It wouldn't be my first choice, but we would certainly stay there again. It is more accurately a one bedroom with a loft than a two bedroom.

Very dirty, old furniture, uncomfortable bed with an old matriss.

The cottage needs major updating and cleaning. Won't be staying there again.

Needs A Deep Clean & Fresh Paint

This house was the perfect size for my husband and I and our pup. We loved the location being on the block right off the beach. However, upon arrival we noticed right away the space was not very clean. There was sand all over the floors that I quickly found a broom in a closet to clean up. There was a strong dirty drain stench in the shower that stayed with us all week. Both the shower drain and the bathroom sink did not drain very well, needing a deep clean. The shower needs some obvious repair as there are cracks in the tile and grout that may be contributing to the moldy stench. Both of us agreed that the place would have felt nicer and cleaner with a fresh coat of paint. Rosemary beach was beautiful and the neighborhoods charming, but this house was less than average as far as cleanliness and a nice stay. We were disappointed to find the DVD player supplied did not have a remote compatible with it so we could not select scenes or pick up a movie where we had left off. We chose this rental for the location and the fact they allowed our golden retriever to stay with us, but we will probably find a nicer place next time.

Perfect Location!

We loved this cottage! It had everything we needed and is in a perfect location! Very short walk to the pool, beach, restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location!

Nice carriage house, convenient location to beach and city center. House itself could have been cleaner, especially upholstery of furniture.
