Forest Ridge condo- easy access to skiing, hiking etc; 2hr drive from Boston
Spacious, welcoming place for 1-2 couples (with or without kids). Two ensuite king bedrooms and a bunk bedroom with four twin beds. Minimum stay two nights with exception of vacation weeks. Our home is located in the Forest Ridge neighborhood in Lincoln within walking distance to the Sports Club amenities including pools, sauna, hot tub, game rooms, and tennis. Our unit is on the first floor (no stairs) with a covered entrance, a ski locker outside the front door, cozy gas fireplace, and back porch with a grill. Our property has a ski bus that picks up directly in front of our unit and takes you to Loon Mountain. Well equipped kitchen, internet and cable TV access (Netflix login available), a work station including printer and washer/dryer in unit. The master bathroom has a walk in shower; the other bathroom has a tub/shower. Amenities for children include travel crib and travel high chair, umbrella stroller, kids dinnerware and utensils, and some kid toys and books.

We enjoyed our stay, it was great to hang out with family in the living room with the fireplace and eat meals at the large dining table. Liked using the the pool, gym and pickleball court. Conveniently located near the main shopping and restaurant area in Lincoln and super close to Loon Mountain.

Great Stay
We enjoyed our stay in Mary's condo,
We found everything we need, from kitchen equipment to location of the condo, nice amenities like the pool and beautiful surroundings.

Very spacious with all the amenities
Great stay at Joe and Mary’s place. Very clean and spacious place. Amazing location in Lincoln right across from Loon.

What a perfect place to stay for out visit to the ice castles! We enjoyed our time here so much and even got in some sledding!

Great Accomodations
Well geared for a family with little kids!
Plenty of games and toys to keep the kids busy!
comfy couch and plenty of space to play!
the location is also great as its right near the swimming pool and swingset.

great family vacation
Our whole family really enjoyed this vacation. The location was beautiful, the condo was clean and pleasant, with a lot of recent renovations and close to the pool. Mary Beth and Joe were a pleasure to deal with.

2 night get away.
The condo was perfect. Very nice inside and great location. Especially for a last minute rental.

Wonderful family retreat
Our family stayed at this beautiful condo during the holidays and had a wonderful time. The condo was the perfect location for us to unplug as a family with lots of games, reading, and fresh air. The space has been recently updated and it had everything we needed- including extremely comfortable beds. The indoor pool was a major plus on a rainy day. Thank you for the lovely stay!
