Spacious, welcoming place for 1-2 couples (with or without kids). Two ensuite king bedrooms and a bunk bedroom with four twin beds. Minimum stay two nights with exception of vacation weeks. Our home is located in the Forest Ridge neighborhood in Lincoln within walking distance to the Sports Club amenities including pools, sauna, hot tub, game rooms, and tennis. Our unit is on the first floor (no stairs) with a covered entrance, a ski locker outside the front door, cozy gas fireplace, and back porch with a grill. Our property has a ski bus that picks up directly in front of our unit and takes you to Loon Mountain. Well equipped kitchen, internet and cable TV access (Netflix login available), a work station including printer and washer/dryer in unit. The master bathroom has a walk in shower; the other bathroom has a tub/shower. Amenities for children include travel crib and travel high chair, umbrella stroller, kids dinnerware and utensils, and some kid toys and books.

No long term rentals, please.

Fabulous condo for a ski vacation

This is a fabulous luxury condo at the foothills of Loon Mountain. Two families stayed very comfortably in this modern complex with new amenities and a fully-stocked kitchen. The kids LOVED the spacious bunk beds! Joe and Mary Beth are super friendly, helpful, and quickly responsible hosts. We would love to come back!

The perfect quick escape from Boston! Ice castles 10 min away sledding on the property and a great pool. Condo is clean and resourceful kids has a blast

Great place with lots of amenities

Overall, the condo was amazing. Plenty of towels/blankets, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Close to center of town. Very comfortable and enjoyable!

Family ski weekend

Great place, location and hosts! Condo is clean, fully stocked and cozy. It’s exactly as described in listing. You can track the shuttle on the Forest Ridge website which picks up right at the beginning of the street if you’re heading to loon. The hosts are very kind and respond quickly if there’s any questions. I would love to rent again in the near future!

Wonderful family retreat

Our family stayed at this beautiful condo during the holidays and had a wonderful time. The condo was the perfect location for us to unplug as a family with lots of games, reading, and fresh air. The space has been recently updated and it had everything we needed- including extremely comfortable beds. The indoor pool was a major plus on a rainy day. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Wedding whirlwind

We were in town for a wedding. Your place was the perfect respite for us. Clean as a whistle, quiet and comfortable. If it was wintertime and I was coming off the slopes, I would be in heaven taking a shower with awesome water pressure and hopping into that VERY comfortable huge but cozy bed! Thanks so much!

Great Accomodations

Well geared for a family with little kids! Plenty of games and toys to keep the kids busy! comfy couch and plenty of space to play! the location is also great as its right near the swimming pool and swingset.

When I arrived at the house, there was a lot of rubbish in front of the door and when I entered the house I found the kitchen full of dishes and a lot of rubbish. in the dirty bathrooms, the rooms with rubbish and the messy bed and the bed in the master bedroom was broken, I had to tidy up, we had to tidy up and clean the house

Cozy and clean

This condo was clean and comfortable, perfect for our family of 5. The owners communicated well and were very accommodating when we needed to change our arrival date! The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need to prepare meals in the room. Highly recommend this condo!! We will definitely be back!!!

Great Hiking Area

great family vacation

Our whole family really enjoyed this vacation. The location was beautiful, the condo was clean and pleasant, with a lot of recent renovations and close to the pool. Mary Beth and Joe were a pleasure to deal with.

Renting this property Was extremely easy with the host Mary Beth and Joe. All equipped with everything that you would possibly need. Great Porch With Bbq grill very comfortable beds and all new appliances This condo close by lots of restaurants and touristy sites!!

Fully stocked condo in a beautiful area

Condo had everything you could possibly need (except an iron and ironing board) but that's more of a joke because everyone always tells me I shouldn't be ironing on vacation. You could tell the owners love it and try to think of everything to make your stay pleasurable including pool towels. It was clean, roomy and we felt right at home. Perfect for larger families as well and within walking distance to the pool. I would highly recommend to others and not hesitate to rent it again.
