Welcome to Jangada Breeze, a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom beach house just 100 yards from the ocean. This charming home combines modern construction with traditional beach house design, featuring pine floors, tongue and groove pine ceilings, and hand-crafted finishes. Perfect for families or groups seeking a relaxing beach retreat, Jangada Breeze offers spacious living areas, a screened-in porch, and a large sundeck, all designed to provide comfort and relaxation in a beautiful coastal setting.

Living Area:
Open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area with pine flooring throughout. The chef’s kitchen features a gas range, quartz countertops, high-end appliances, and ample seating at the dining table and kitchen island.

Bedrooms:
Master bedroom: King-size bed with en-suite bathroom, featuring a tiled walk-in shower and double vanities.
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, sharing a bathroom with Bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, perfect for kids or guests.

Bathrooms:
2.5 modern bathrooms, with clean lines and contemporary fixtures.

Outdoor Space:
Front porch: Large screened-in area with a comfy couch, chairs, and hammock to enjoy the ocean breeze.
Back deck: Spacious sundeck with plenty of seating, a picnic table, and a gas grill, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with a nominal pet fee. Please inquire for details.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house looked exactly like the photos and we had a great time. The only thing we didn’t love was the traffic, the house is located on a very busy street. Apart from that we had a great stay!

Lovely private beach house within minutes walk to beach. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable. Hope to stay here again!!

Close to beach and spacious!

This place was everything we could ask for: very close to the beach, a lot of space for our family of 4, and pet friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely beach getaway

My family enjoyed a long weekend at this beautifully renovated property. The decor is lovely, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are spacious and clean. We loved the spacious outdoor porches and being just steps from the beach access. We can’t wait to stay again!

Perfect Stay!

The property is well stocked, clean and well decorated. They had everything we needed and we were pleasantly surprised at how close to the beach it is! Great stay, would 100% return to this property in the future.

Great family spot

Had a great time with my wife and two young daughters. Block off the beach and a few blocks down from the busy town. Enjoyed our few days there.

Wonderful place!

My family stayed here for a little over a week, and we loved it! The home is a great size with a casual, beautiful decor, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect because it is within walking distance of the restaurants and bars, but just far enough away for completely quiet nights. We will stay again for sure!

Great Beach Getaway

The property was fantastic! Super easy beach access, about a 2 minute walk and very close to downtown, but far enough to be in a nice quiet part of the street. Both decks were great to sit out on and we would definitely come back!

Nice Beach Cottage

The house is as advertised and comfortable. It is a short walk to the beach. Parking is better in the back driveway (Cooper St.) than the driveway on the Ashley. We would stay here again.

Fun at the beach

We really enjoyed the house during our vacation! It was very clean and convenient to everything, and the beach was only a block away! It was also very close to the public beach access, so getting there was a breeze! Will recommend to our friends!

Lovely holiday weekend

Beautiful house very close to the beach access. Good space to hang out as a family and enough room for a 2 year old to be able to play. Easy check in and check out. We had a lovely long weekend.

Beautiful House close to the Beach

Beautiful clean house with great kitchen, family room, back deck and front porch (our favorite)! Super close to the beach and easy to walk or golf cart to town (or Bert’s Market). We loved the house and Folly and plan to return! Our dogs loved it too!

Fine on Folly

Excellent location, very good amenities and furnishings. Easy very close walk to beach. Spacious and comfortable. Very dog friendly; dog park close by. Screened high front porch and large back deck.

Great get away

Great location at folly beach. Very well equipped house and kitchen. Management responsive to requests. It is not on the beach, one street back from the beach.

Loved this house!

This is a beautiful and comfotable house for our family. There always some shade and depending on where the sun is, you go to the deck on one side or the screened porch on the other side. There is a short walk to the beach and close to Bert's Market and down town restaurants.

Block from the beach

House was nicely update! We all really liked it. Be aware that most homes in that area are elevated so you have to climb stairs. Tv controller took time to figure out?Overall we spent 7 days there and were happy with it. We were close to visit many sights . Charleston was a nice surprise.

Awesome Family Beach Vacay

Our family loved the house. Teens stayed on one side and parents the other. Fabulous open floor plan, awesome kitchen and overall nicely done. Having a covered porch and back deck was great. Loved proximity to beach and short bike ride into town. Highly recomm me this property.

Fantastic!

This property was a perfect layout for a family with teenagers. Plenty of space for our family and overall very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. Overall very clean. Great location that’s just a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We can’t wait for our next trip to Folly Beach and would certainly look to stay here again.
