The rental was clean and well appointed. The unit is located in a low rise condominium development with both gulf beach access and back bay access - perfect for our beach and boating needs. We visited family in the area and the location was very convenient to Tampa, Sarasota, and more beaches south of our location.

Great condo, great property, clean. Condo was very well supplied with kitchen items/appliances and beach items. Owner is very responsive, with great communication. Will look to stay there next time we visit Siesta Key if available.

Our girls' weekend here was fantastic. The condo was exactly as depicted in the photos and the proximity to the beach was perfect. When I visit Siesta Key again I hope this place is available !

Excellent stay

One of the best resorts and this condo was awesome. Host was great-so responsive & helpful with any/all questions…made it truly an amazing stay!

What a great condo! Plenty of room for 4 adults. The kitchen was well stocked (pans & dishes) to cook meals. Easy walk to beach and 2 pools. Plenty of restaurants and not long waits for seating. Jonathan was in constant communication with us. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic Stay!!

Beautiful property and condo. Location was perfect!Quick walk to the private beach. Pools were great!!Fast drive to North and South Villages. Enjoyed the shops and restaurants!We’ll be back. Wonderful Spring Break with family!!

Amazing property

We loved the pools, bay view, beach access, gym, cleanliness and other guests staying at Palm Bay. It was quiet with a family friendly atmosphere.

Great place to stay!

Place was very clean, as pictured. We were able to sit on the porch and enjoy the weather. Also loved my husband and father could go to fish on the doc while I enjoyed the hot tub/pool in the evenings.

Highly recommend this condo!!!

This was an awesome condo and Jonathan was very helpful. The condo was spacious, clean and beautiful. It was one of the nicest places that we have stayed. Would definitely come back.

Great Place!

The unit was beautiful - just as pictures showed. It was comfortable and quiet and was a great fit for us - a married couple and 3 young adult kids. The location was great - close walk to the beach and bay side, and close to a trolley stop. We had the best time!!
