Central ac less than 1 mile to South Village Beach. Enjoying seasonal views of the Swan River, there is plenty of space both inside and out at this 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath West Dennis ranch. The house has a nice open floor plan that extends to a deck. The master bedroom has its own half bathroom allowing for convenience and privacy. Washer and dryer are location in the basement, and additional amenities include wifi, dishwasher, gas grill and ping-pong table!

Area attractions and restaurants include the new and improved Cuffy's, Holly's Deli, Dunkin', Kreme and Kone, Ardeo, Moonfish, Good Friends Cafe, and the delicious "must try" Captain Baker Donut Shop!

Great house had a wonderful time

Rabbits on the lawn at dusk were always fun to watch.

On traverse la rue, et on peux mettre les embarquations à l'eau, ou bien, on peux profiter de la vue sur les bancs de parc.La maison est fraichement rénovée, avec climatisation centrale, ce qui rends le séjour plus comfortable!Nous reviendrons!
