Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, Jeff. We are truly sorry for the disappointment regarding the hot tub and the delayed maintenance on the access panel. We understand how important that amenity was for your trip. We appreciate your stay and your feedback.

Hi Rahul, Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear that you loved the property, enjoyed the top-notch amenities, and found the Colorado Springs location perfect for exploring the area. We also sincerely appreciate your patience regarding the bathroom door and the master bedroom electrical issue on your final day. While we hate that those popped up, we are glad our team was able to jump in and get them sorted out quickly for you. It was an absolute pleasure hosting you, and we would love to welcome you back anytime you're looking for another mountain getaway!

Hello, Cindy. We are so sorry about the trouble with the lock code. I wish you have mentioned it during your stay. We could have checked it or provided a key for your convenience. So far, we haven't gotten any issues now with the lock code. But we will make sure to double-check it to give our guests a hassle-free stay. We hope to host you again. - Your friends @ nestago!

Thank you so much for staying! I hope you had a splendid stay!

Thank you for the review and feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay with us was not perfect and we apologize we were unable to let you know sooner about the hot tub heater going out. Unfortunatley these things happen without a warning, and we are unable to predict them ourself. We did however let you know as soon as we found out and compensated you for the troubles. This home is a duplex with street parking available. We will have a talk with the tenant next door as that is totally unacceptable. Again we apologize for the inconveniences and wish you the best!

Thank you for sharing your feedback and bringing these points to our attention. We take guest safety and comfort seriously, and your comments will help us make necessary improvements. We'll consider adding childproof measures to the sliding door and addressing the sharp edges on the counters. We'll also work on improving the cleanliness standards to ensure a more comfortable stay for all guests. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the yard, hot tub, and the peaceful neighborhood. Your insights are valuable, and we hope to welcome you back in the future for an even better experience.
