Charming Westside Bungalow

We renovated this bright & airy space from top to bottom with a touch of rustic-modern. This Charming Bungalow located near Old Colorado City, the new hot spot destination of Colorado Springs that is close to just about everything you’d want to do. Browse through the photos and you’ll see why we are so proud of this space. We loaded the Bungalow with all the bells & whistles, sure to assist in making your stay memorable, relaxed and stress free.

Entering the home you will first notice the original hard wood flooring which covers most of the home. The charming living/dining combo offers a rustic-modern feel with plenty of room for small or larger families.

The large, bright kitchen has a nice pantry and loads of cabinet storage, butcher block counters, accent tile and all stainless steel appliances. The side door opens onto a nice deck, fenced in yard and grill (just look in the pantry for charcoal & lighter fluid).

The hallway leads to a HUGE, private master suite. Vaulted ceilings, private master bath with jetted tub and two walk-in closets. The master has a fireplace and a back door that leads to the side deck. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have TVs, DVD players and closets with extra linens. The 2nd bedroom provides a full size bed and the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds (twin over full).

Take a short drive to many of the main attractions in Colorado Springs such as Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Broadmoor Hotel, Manitou Springs, Red Rock Canyon Park, Pikes National Forest, Pikes Peak Summit with great views, Cave of the Winds, the Incline and lots more!

Nearest Commercial Airports: Colorado Springs Airport, 7770 Milton E Proby Pkwy, Colorado Springs, CO 80916 and the Denver International Airport, 8500 Peña Blvd, Denver, CO 80249.

Penrose and UC Health Memorial Hospital are both just right downtown with quick access from Hwy 24 and just about 10 minutes away.

Great house for the family

We arrived early from our flight and although it took some time to communicate with the host at first they we very accommodating with our request to check in early. The house is so clean and cozy we had a great stay! A must book place

Summer vacation

Our family had a great visit to Colorado Spring and enjoyed the property very much! We were close to many sites, and the house was a perfect size to accommodate our needs as a family of 5. I would stay here again!

Cute little house with great view

This house was very clean. It has a great view of the mountains from the front porch.The kitchen had lots of utensils and supplies. There were plenty of towels. Check in and out was easy. It is a nicely remodeled older home.

Great house and great hospitality.

Fantastic remodeled historic home with all the modern luxuries. Wonderful views from the front porch of pikes peak, incline, garden of gods. This property was perfect for our family of six traveling through the area with our 2 dogs. Owners were communicative and very hospitable. Don’t hesitate- stay here!!

Excellent Location

Once we arrived, we did experience a hick up in retrieving our key code due to lack of internet service but once I reached out to Eli, he was right on it and provided us with the key code for entry; once we settled in, we found that the house was very clean, comfortable and all the amenities that we expected. The location was perfect for our daily outings and walkable to the downtown area; we will definitely return!

What an awesome House & Location

Very nicely decorated. Lots of bedroom space. Completly stocked with every item you could possibly need. Location is prime for Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods & so much more. Nice fenced yard for the pets. I would absolutely stay here again but If not here I would look for properties managed by Eli Muhl & Michele Stark. They really took of of us. Thank you for such an awsome stay.

Great bungalow for your pups!

We had a great week here. The bungalow was cute and had many staples. Altho the neighbors seemed a tad sketchy it was so close to everything we wanted. Red rock canyon across road, 5 miles to Broadmoor, garden of gods up the road, great pubdog restaurant, manitou springs 4 miles etc. the only negative was the master bed. LOVED the porch and front fenced yard.

PERFECT Colorado Springs home with VIEWS!!!

This was our favorite VRBO by far! The views of the mountains and Pikes Peak from the front of the home, and even the dining room, are unparalleled! The home itself has ample space, the cutest finishes and was stocked with coffee, s’mores, and anything you would need in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The yard space is lovely, with a covered patio and multiple sitting areas to enjoy the mountain views. The neighborhood is extremely convenient, with shopping, restaurants and necessities in the immediate area and many local attractions within a short drive. The host was communicative and had great suggestions for things to do in the area. We can’t wait to stay here again!

One Night Stay

The property was very cute & had a lot of charm. There were also many nice touches. One favorite was the s’mores kit, which the kids really loved. We enjoyed the location. The yard & front porch were great for our needs. The view from the porch was nice. The house is relatively small, but the space worked well for us (2 families traveling together). It was well stocked & had everything we needed for our stay. Check in & check out were very straight forward & easy. The only concern we had was that the beds could be a bit more comfortable. Overall, we had a good stay.

Great Location! The location was central to all the sites we wanted to see during our stay. It was very easy to get to all the sites. The house was thoughtfully decorated and worked well for our family of 4 plus a 2 year old. The outdoor fire pit was a plus that we really enjoyed.

Would be 5 out of 5 but the stairs to enter the house are very steep without railing. Would be hard for anyone with difficulties climbing.

This house is very well appointed with great bathroom and kitchen space. The location is great - super close to Old Colorado Springs downtown area with great shopping and restaurants. We walked it daily. Also very close to Maintou Springs and various trails. It's right across the street from Starbucks and Safeway- score! Our dogs loved the front, fully fenced in yard. It is also decorated super cute!

Adorable, comfy bungalow

Adorable little bungalow. We had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. We didn’t have any issues. Not quite as clean as I thought at first glance, but nonetheless it was plenty good enough for us (we stayed with two young kiddos). Seamless check in and check out. The physical location was great and close to lots of things (super close to Garden of the Gods), but the neighborhood itself was a little interesting. All this to say, we would stay again!

Communication was excellent! The property was in a great location with a great view of Pikes Peak from the living room, front bedroom and front porch. The beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of space for pancake-making dance parties. We didn’t end up bringing our pup but if we had, she would have everything needed- a kennel, leash, bowls and fenced yard to play in. We loved the character of the historical home and the thoughtful details throughout the property.

We are a blended family of 4 with 2 kids now getting ready for college. We love hiking, thrill seeking, traveling, all sports (especially tennis), trying new restaurants, camping, dog parks, movies, concerts, etc. We've been in the Springs since 94' and earlier so we have a lot of favorite spots and recommendations. My wife, Jen, speaks fluent Spanish & some Italian in case that’s of help. I only speak English. 

I have been flipping homes, custom renovations, building new and providing real estate brokerage services for about 15 years now. We have quite a few short & long term rental residential & commercial buildings in town with a great crew that keeps everything running smooth. Just let me know if you have any questions about where to eat, what to do, etc. and I'll be more than happy to help you out!

HOME IS STOCKED! We think you'll agree that we went above and beyond trying to think of everything our guests would need to make their stay comfortable, much of which you won't find at another place; not to mention no expense spared in decorating. Ha!

OUR STAFF: Since we have a full time maintenance, office and cleaning staff already in place managing our long term rentals, we also have the unique ability to assist you quickly with anything you might need to make your stay more enjoyable; as well as any emergencies repairs that may come up time to time.

WE WELCOME YOUR FURRY FRIENDS: Lastly, Colorado is a big dog & pet friendly state and we have 2 dogs ourselves that we are often limited in our accommodation choices; SO, we have decided to be pet friendly ourselves. We will call this unique! :)
