Luxurious, Impeccable Home in Old Colorado City

Our remodeled home is perfectly located, a home base for roaming all the remarkable sites and scenery of the Pikes Peak region. We are located in the heart of Old Colorado City, affectionately called the 'OCC'. The 'OCC' blends it's historic character with modern boutiques, award winning restaurants and local art galleries. Whether you plan to browse the shops and galleries, enjoy fine dining or attend a seasonal event, a trip to Old Colorado City will be a richly rewarding experience.

The landscape will set this house apart from all others. This custom landscape was designed with luxury and relaxation in mind. As you enter the backyard you will first come to a custom built in BBQ with a bar. BBQ and bar are covered with an open pergola, bar top seating, decorated with rope lighting. Next, you enter the fire place hang out area to rest and unwind and have a drink! Last but not least is the hot-tub area. You will find a custom-built pergola with privacy curtains, perfect for a rejuvenating soak. In the warmer months, this backyard also has beautiful annual floral pots throughout. All in all, the backyard area is designed to have you excited to return after a long day of sightseeing and adventure in beautiful Colorado Springs. Come enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather in one of Colorado's finest landscapes.

In every bedroom there is a closet with hangers, a fan for white nose, black-out blinds, a TV, charging stations. (there are black out shade through out the house)
*Vintage arcade games in garage: Pac Man and Donkey Kong
There is also a mud room space for shoes and coats.
The property is fully enclosed with fences and locked gates.

Mother-Daughter annual trip

This little home is in a very central location to visit all the sites in the area, including Pike’s Peak, Garden of the Gods, the Zoo. Many places to see in Colorado Springs and they are mainly on the Old City part where this home is located.

Anniversary get away

We absolutely love the home! Great location to be in, there are a lot of things within 10-15 minutes. Garden of the gods is right up the road. The house was so clean and well kept. The hot tub and outdoor area were beautifully kept. We enjoyed our stay so much we will definitely book again!

Colorado Springs get away

The house worked out perfect for our family. Enjoyed the hot tub, fireplace and vintage arcade games. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was one of the best stocked we have ever come across with equipment and extras. We took in all the local sites and was great location for us.

Great location, great amenities,

The house was perfect for our needs. Nicely updated, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the kitchen, outdoor spaces for grilling and relaxing by the fire & hot tub, as well as the access to bikes (and even arcade games!). We walked to and from the restaurant district every day and we were just a short from beautiful hiking trails and mountain towns. Check in/out was seamless and the home was safe & secure.

We enjoyed our stay here for our daughter’s wedding. The property is very clean and we appreciated the amenities and the supplies of the basics such as coffee, laundry detergent, toilet paper, shampoo etc. We were notified that code for the key pad was not working, therefore we would need to use the key in the lockbox. At first we didn’t think this would be a big deal, but our son and his girlfriend were staying with us and it would have been nice to have had 2 keys as we were both coming and going and we each had to make sure to put the key back in the lock box for the other. Also a couple of maintenance items that we wanted you to be aware of: the laundry sliding door does not stay closed, the washer is making an extremely loud noise during one part of the cycle which seemed even louder since the sliding door didn’t close and the outside string lights are not working. Or we couldn’t figure out how to turn them on. Several are broken and we assumed that they did not work and would normally come on with the back porch light. It was pretty dark back there so we didn’t sit out there. We sat on the front porch!

Great backyard and convenient location

The backyard was wonderful and the house was conveniently located for us. My husband particularly loved the arcade games! However, the house wasn't that clean. All of the baseboards and lights were very dusty. The carpets were dingy as well. The host was fantastic and did allow us to check in slightly early.

Immaculate home in a great location!

My husband, myself and our two daughters stayed for five nights while on a getaway to Colorado Springs. The location of this property is superb. Close to everything and a very quiet neighborhood. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. My youngest daughter enjoyed sitting in the hot tub in the evening. Communication with our host was excellent. My daughter left one of her AirPods and they found it and mailed it back to her. They definitely went above and beyond! The extra touches like sending restaurant and site seeing recommendations shows how much they care about their guests and their stay. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

Nice property for the location

Says sleeps six… but house only has 2 beds. No pull out couch. They had a blow up mattress stowed in a closet. This didn’t work well for our family. The site needs to be more clear about what the sleeping situation is.

Overall, we had a great stay. It was myself, my husband and our 2 kids: 16 y/o & 10 y/o. Only 2 things that were negatives for us. 1st, the washer was unavailable for us during our stay. We were coming off a multi day road trip from Chicago so doing a load of laundry was mandatory. Although disappointing, we were able to find laundry service relatively close by. Host informed me upon check in, again not ideal but not the end of the world. My 2nd issue is with the cleanliness of the house. Important things were clean, like toilets, appliances, showers, etc. Wall, door frames, bathroom exhaust fan, baseboards were in need of a good cleaning. The back bathroom exhaust fan was coated in a layer of dust. This property could really benifit from a deep clean. With the amount of cleaning and service fees I guess I expected it to be cleaner. This was more on par with staying at a relatives house instead of a hotel-esk/rental property. Now on to the positive! You cant beat the location and amenities. My kids and husband enjoyed the heck out of the arcade games. The home size is very nice, plenty of room to spread out! The hot tub was perfect- very clean and in working order. Mattresses were very comfortable and coming from a week of driving and hotel beds, this was my favorite part about the property. All in all, we had a pretty great stay and if we are ever in the area again, we would most likely stay again.

Overall, we loved tge location. Easy access to everthing. Walkable to historic OCC. A little TLC would improve the home maintenance, but nothing that hurt our stay. Great host, very responsive and will do ehat is needed to maje your stay great.

We had an amazing stay at this home in Old Colorado City. Adam was an attentive and helpful communicator as we planned our stay, answering questions and suggesting that we take in the Balloon Festival, which we loved and might have missed. The house is very well equipped for a week long stay - kitchen set up and furnished for cooking. We found the beds to be comfy and the overhead fans made sleeping easy. We loved the outdoor deck with the grill, fireplace, hot tub and seating - perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed having family over on Labor Day and they were very jealous. We didn't know Colorado Springs area well but really lucked out with this location - so close to everything we wanted to do: tourist sites, great eating, and grocery stores. We left with wonderful memories. Thank you Adam and Emele.

Very nice home. All the upgrades very nicely done and was very well stocked. No need to bring extra TP, paper towels, spices, shampoo or even beach towels. Those special touches make the stay more enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable. The only two small suggestions I would make would be larger bath towels. They were fairly small. Also, the recliner was broken, great if you wanted to lean back but it wouldn’t sit up straight unless you put it against the wall. Great stay, I would definitely return.

Girl's Trip to OCC

The house is exactly as stated; great location, well appointed, awesome outdoor space. Plenty of room for four girlfriends to feel right at home while ecploring beautiful Colorado Springs and Old Colorado City.The door code provided gave us some trouble upon check-in; the host answered the call and immediately remedied the situation in real time. Highly recommend!
