Find yourself shopping at Pier Park in 5 minutes, surf fishing right in front of your condo, sunbathing on the world's most beautiful beaches, or having a cold drink at one of the many spectacular bars and seafood restaurants within a five-minute drive.

You will love the 293 sq ft balcony (as large as some hotel rooms!), which is adjacent to the living room and master bedroom. Lounging and dining furniture create an outdoor living area where the sun will dazzle you in the daytime, and in the evening will entertain you as it sinks into the Gulf of Mexico with its breathtaking kaleidoscope of colors. You will wake up to the picturesque views of the sunrise in the morning and watch some of the most breathtaking sunsets on the coastline.

100% memory foam mattresses are top of the line, making your vacation the most enjoyable as well as comfortable and restful! This condo is professionally decorated in Caribbean style, with soft and bright tropical colors providing an escape from the ordinary. Free WiFi is provided - bring your laptop for surfing when ocean waves are not big enough for surf.

Located on the ninth floor, 901 is just high enough for total privacy but low enough to see all there is to see and hear the surf, while also minimizing elevator time. Other features include two 32-inch LCD HDTVs, one 28ā€™-inch TV, DVD player, and 100+ channel cable including HBO. A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and whirlpool appliances is the perfect place to cook.

Tropic Winds Resort is located beachfront on the quiet west end of PCB, which is away from the major traffic congestion, parties, and crazy crowds, but just moments away from the excitement and attractions. Tropic Winds is just minutes away from Pier Park, PCB's well-known entertainment destination with shops, restaurants, movie theater. And, it is only two miles from the City of Panama City Beach Recreational Complex, also known as Frank Brown Park, which hosts many tournaments and exhibitions. It is the perfect respite for event participants and spectators. The west end location is closer to the popular Beaches of South Walton and the trendy shops and restaurants located along 30A.

Amenities at the resort include 300 feet of uncrowned white sand beaches, indoor/outdoor heated pool with a second pool directly on the gulf, hot tub, steam room, outdoor spa, and exercise room, two covered parking spots, and a night security team. Tropic Winds has only 165 units, which makes its 300 feet of uncrowned white sand beach even less crowded than most other PCB beaches.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
