PARKING: Reserved, exclusive use, parking makes parking a breeze! All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass cost $40.

PLEASE NOTE: The Occupancy Limit is 6. Age 25 or older to book. No pets allowed. This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. Smoking is allowed on the sidewalk in front of the building. No parties or large gatherings permitted inside condo. Quiet hours are to be observed. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site.
