Great Condo and Spectacular Balcony Views

This oceanfront condo was all we could have asked for. Roomy inside, comfy (big) beds, giant balcony hanging over the beach! Quiet area but close to all the restaurants and attractions. Covered parking and easy access to the beach!

Love the location and amenities of this condo.

This is our second year visiting this condo. We really enjoyed the great location, the pool and the beach. The condo is always very clean and I know we will visit there as much as we can.

Great condo!

We really enjoyed our stay. We especially loved sitting on the large balcony watching the waves. I just wanted to stay there and relax all day. Will definitely be back !

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The property is exactly as listed. The host was an excellent communicator! The kitchen was fully stocked. The view is breathtaking! A few things to note, I stress these are not BAD in anyway, the water pressure in the master bathroom was a little low, the secondary bathroom’s pressure was fine. The parking is TIGHT. We drive a midsize SUV and had a midsize SUV on either side of us and we weren’t all able to get in. Can’t wait to return!

Amazing Stay!

You cannot go wrong renting from Tropical Beach Getaways! We have rented with these folks for the last several years and this year, as always, was wonderful! The condo was fantastic-- well-appointed, comfortable and clean! We had the best views from the beautifully spacious balcony and the best time ever!

Condo was exactly as advertised.

We had a great week. The condo, beach and facilities were excellent. The unit was spacious and clean.. Scott and Leigh were very responsive to a minor issue we had with access to the unit upon our arrival and resolved it quickly.

Tropic Winds 804

Outstanding two bedroom condo. Immaculate, well furnished with so many amenities. Perfect view of the gulf, beach, sunrise and sunset. Convenient location for restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend.

Beach time at its best

Fun In The Sun

This unit is exceptional! Perfect size for 2-4 people, equipped with everything one would need. Very clean and modern! Great location and loved the covered parking and the fact that you have assigned parking! Did not have to wait for elevators! Close to grocery store, restaurants and Pier Park! Will definitely book this unit again!

Great stay

We stayed with family of four during spring break. The condo was clean and as advertised with everything we needed for the week and a great view and large balcony. The beach chair service is a great option. One elevator was down out of three which made wait times a bit long during peak names but nothing that would keep us from returning. Tropical beach getaways was great to work with, responsive, and even got us in to the unit early on our arrival date without us asking.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean. Had a great view. The most convenient part was the reserved parking spot was right across from the access to the beach, so we just dropped our beach stuff in our car each night and picked it up on our way out. Super easy access to the beach. The only downside was I wished they had a peeler in the kitchen but that really wasnt a big deal. They had enough stuff to make basic food. Coffee maker, blender, pots, pan.
