Very clean quad-plex. Perfect for a getaway right next to the beach. So many places to eat within walking distance. Our dogs loved the balcony and being able to walk to the beach from the house

This place was amazing I will definitely go back again next time I visit San Diego. Lots of restaurants in walking distance very safe and friendly people there

The location of this rental is fabulous! Right on the beach, walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Love that it was pet friendly too! Our pups enjoyed being so close to the beach….lots of walks. The rental was clean and had most everything you would need. We were a little surprised that shower products weren’t provided. I wish there was a broom so we could’ve kept up with the sand. I hated leaving it messy. We would definitely stay here again! We had the most relaxing time!

Great little spot

Great location for San Diego vacation

This was an absolute perfect place to vacation, the location is excellent! Right off the beach, you get that cool ocean breeze. It's in a quiet area, but also very near everything to do in the San Diego area!

Perfect location

Great little place to stay. I almost didn’t need to drive anywhere- the beach was out the back door, and there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores nearby to walk to. Would definitely stay here again!

Location was great with everything in walking distance, wish I would’ve brought a box fan (due to two kids sleeping in the same bed) other than that it was perfect.

Amazing location!

Fantastic location, responsive hosts, appreciate that it’s pet friendly for our senior dog. Pity the beaches don’t allow swimming, not the fault of the hosts, and the homeless situation seems to be getting worse.

Great location at the IB pier.

As others have stated the property is a little dated. But the location is fantastic! The views are amazing and so many amenities within a few blocks. I will stay at this Vrbo again!

Closet smelled really strong of urine and the smell went throughout the unit; was unable to bear it without all without all windows open. Called host and nothing but voicemail; called Vrbo and they claimed they would contact host and call me back; never happened; horrible service all around

Great Location

Small, basic, but very clean and the location is right on the sand by the Imperial Beach pier. Fold away sleeper sofa mattress is very thin and not comfortable. If you are looking for location first and clean, this is your place.

Long weekend vacation

The unit is small but plenty of room for 2 adults plus a dog. It was clean. Perfect location. We did have issues with the internet. We look forward to staying here again.

We stayed at a different location because this one was not available. It was an upgrade of space for sure. The views were nice and the place was very comfortable. My husband and I did not feel comfortable laying on the beach due to the homeless people that lived on the beach and wondered the beach at all hours of the night. Imperial Beach has a homeless problem and needs to be addressed.
