Overlook the ocean and pier in this 2 Bedroom/2 Bath

***Due to the ongoing issues with Mexico's water treatment pumps, the ocean is not guaranteed to be open at this time.. They do test the bacteria levels daily, but the majority of the year the Ocean has been closed from the Border, past Imperial Beach up to Coronado Beach. If swimming in the ocean is a major amenity I would not stay in these areas, until further notice.***

Beach Club

The beach club is a three story private, gated complex. The Beach Club is a U-shaped building that is located on the sand, no busy street or boardwalk separating you from the beach. It has its own heated pool, Jacuzzi hot tub, and barbecue facilities in the spacious garden atrium.

Unit #304 is a third floor unit that offers you a beautiful direct view of the water, park, pier, and picturesque islands. You'll relax to the soothing sound of the ocean waves. You'll have your own private, sunny ocean view balcony.

Relax in a quaint beach town, stroll on the quiet beach. Walk on the old fishing pier, and bring your rod and bait! Excellent surfing! Watch or participate! A 10 minute drive affords you easy access to the famous Island of Coronado and its golf course. 25 minutes takes you to the world famous San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, San Diego Embarcadero, San Diego Convention Center, fabulous desert or mountain drives, Mexico, and all that the sophisticated city of San Diego has to offer!

Great property! Beautiful view of the ocean (although you cannot see the sunset from the balcony). Kitchen is well-stocked with cooking equipment. Good sized pool for the kids to have fun in. Comfy beds and nice large bathtubs. Great location!! Would love to stay here again, especially if the kids playground next to the spot gets repaired and reopened.

This is an amazing condo with a spectacular view if IB pier and the ocean. The building is centrally located, and the pool area is very convenient.

We experienced several issues with this condo during our stay. The combo door lock on the front door did not work correctly and for two nights straight we were woken up by a terrifying smoke alarm. So for two nights during our stay (which we paid for) we could not sleep due to the environment of the condo. In both instances the Condo owner was contacted and they did respond quickly. The smoke alarm issue was fixed after 2 nights ( not one night, when I was told let's see if it happens again). The door lock issue was never fixed. After being told "I was the only one experiencing the issue" we gave up and just dealt with the difficult lock. The condo was clean, and close to the beach. I would say this condo is slightly below average. For me personally I would not stay here again.

Great location for Zoo, etc. Disappointed that due to the proximity to Mexico, the Pacific water is so dirty, that swimming is hazardous due to high bacteria. Beautiful view but unable to get in then water.

Great Getaway

This is a very comfortable condo. Nice beds. Very clean. The location was perfect. It is in a less crowded area than Coronado; which is just a 5 - 10 minute drive away. The beach was clean and well tended. It was a wonderful getaway from the heat of the desert.

An inspiring stay

We had a wonderful time with my mother, grandmother, husband and two young children. House is clean, property is very nice but the view is phenomenal. We appreciate having stayed. Thank you.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and well maintained. The apartment had a great view and the sound of the ocean is hard to beat. A key keurig or coffee singles would have been greatly appreciated. The exterior was undergoing much needed restoration.

This is a very basic rental with no extras (think spices, oils, condiments, beach towels, you'll need to bring them). Location is beautiful. Shop's are close and Pizzeria Luigi is a must for your trip. Check in process was complicated with many emails to review, property management was just plain rude. I overheard other renters with similar "check in" confusion during our stay. Bottom line I will avoid using a management run rental like sandiegovacation.com. I prefer the owner based rental experience and customer service to this managed approach. I'll also be sharing my experience with friends and family so they too can avoid this in the future.

Condo was great!

The condo was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The ocean view was fabulous! Restaurants were within walking distance, which was nice. The only drawback was the first day we were there the elevator stopped working and the electricity went out at 8 pm until 1:30 in the morning. The elevator was fixed the next day. It's a great place to stay and I would highly recommend this condo.

The room was beautiful and the view was amazing. However, the property was under construction and beach access was somewhat difficult (had to go through the underground garage, a little scary going by yourself). The park on the property attracted shady individuals. We could see them doing drugs below us at the picnic tables at night from our balcony. There were homeless individuals staying in tents on the beach. The room was great but the location not so great.

I absolutely loved this hidden gem! The location, the ocean view, the cleanliness...all amazing. I booked this stay to celebrate my granddaughter's 2nd birthday and it did not disappoint. The check in process is a little tricky but I just treated it like a scavenger hunt LOL. There's construction /renovations happening on the outside of the building, which is needed. Also, the beaches remain closed due to high bacteria in the water which is a bummer, but overall, this was a great experience and I would definitely book it again.

Good property. Great location. Facilities n amenities very good. Process for check in and check our was nice. Plenty of room for Family of 4. Somw small changes recommended More instructions. TVs are hard to understand and remotesMaybe invest some.money in cosmetic updates in master bathroom. Ceiling fans in Living Room.hard to operate. Label the TV remotes. We spent a day confused. Travel during holiday so communication wasnt great. Consider heated pool. Make small.changes and this place would be perfect. Great time. Would.come.again
