Neptune's Place is a darling two-story home, tastefully decorated to give guests the feeling of being home. Snuggle in front of the fireplace on chilly evenings, use the private backyard deck for BBQing, or simply relax with your loved ones - welcome to your vacation!

The house doesn’t have a direct view of the beach but it is cozy and well stocked. The pictures really don’t show the beauty of this house. We had four people, plenty of room for everyone. Would stay again for sure.

Everything was amazing as always! The larger bunkbeds really helped with my growing boys. Thank you for having the hot tub on and ready. We had great weather and really enjoyed the fire pit. The only thing we needed was more chlorine tablets for the hot tub. We will be booking again for next summer soon. Thank you

Remote didn't work and management did seem to care or want to fix it. They kept saying we will get back to you and never did.

Peaceful Retreat by the Sea

I love this quiet, cozy and peaceful retreat right next to the ocean. I slept with the windows open while listening to the waves. The backyard is amazing with the big patio, grill and hot tub. The kitchen and living room are perfect for hanging out with family and friends after a day on the beach. Can't wait to visit again soon!

Great location & amenities- NOT clean

We love the house location, kitchen amenities available (the modern appliances are awesome!) and being kid & pet friendly. They have plenty of towels, includung beach towels, which is nice. However, it feels more like your staying in an old lake cabin as far as "cleanliness". Most areas of the home are covered in wood paneling, which is cute, but they are filthy with dust and heavy coating of cobwebs. We were getting ready to go to bed and discovered lots of remnants of the prior guests (TONS of hair, dirt, and makeup smear) on the sheets. Gross!! Guest services responded really quickly and suggested that clean sheets should be available in the closet (they were NOT) :( . I ended up laying our own blankets on top of the bed because we were exhausted, and I washed the sheets ourselves the next day. The box fan available was covered in thick dust and sticky grime, so was unusable. There was one smaller fan available to use, but I'd suggest one for each room be available.. The backyard is cute and again, is pet and child friendly, but there was a ton of trash in the flower beds. I sent photos to the customer service, and they offered to send somebody out to the property. We declined, as we were in the middle of dinner, etc. The last noticable cleanliness issue was seeing several huge hairballs from a long-haired yellow dog rumbling across the living room (our dog is black short-haired). The hot tub was nice for soaking but most of the jets were not working. But overall nice.

Great location, comfortable space.

The house fit our family (and dog well). Super close to beach and the promenade. Never had to get in the car outside of a quick trip to the store. Only issue we had we reported which was damaged screens, which meant lots of flies in the house when we arrived/during our stay. Hope that was fixed before the next family arrived.

Family trip!!

Our stay was good, they told us that we could enter earlier. pros: grill, firepit, sauna ready, although the sauna had sand at the bottom, but we saw it as normal. The kitchen was well equipped, as were the bathrooms. Several board games and highchair. Super close to the beach. A washer and dryer was a plus. Cons: they need more cleaning, several cobwebs on the ceilings, the box fans are super dirty, the blades were almost black from so much dust or dirt, I had to turn them on like that, because it was hot. The fireplace didn't light and finally the bedspreads They have a very strange smell, like old and itchy the skin, do not use them.The tablecloth is already very worn and old.The bedding and box fans need an upgrade. We would like to return, hopefully they make those few improvements.

Absolutely wonderful except one small thing!

The location is AMAZING. The house was clean and had all of the amenities you could need. The fenced in yard was perfect for our furry friends; and the dog bed they had available was such a nice touch! My only issue was that the fitted sheets for the two queen beds weren't great - one had a hole in it and it kept coming off of the mattress and the other had a significant amount of pilling with hair stuck in it. We just slept on top of the blankets which was fine since it was warm out. If they could get new sheets for the beds this would have been a 12/10 stay!

Comfy and Convenient!

This is the perfect spot to bring your family or friends. The house was filled with extra towels, utensils, everything you’d need. Not only was it comfortable, you’re also within walking distance of all things Seaside. We can’t wait to visit again, thank you!

Allen's 2024 Family Vacation

We have come here 3 times now. The home is beautiful and location is excellent. Of all the trips this was the dirtiest this home has been though. We love this home but we were upset with how nasty the hot tub was and the bedrooms bedding was, as it was not cleaned (questionable stains). I had to clean the hot tub out for us before use and the bedding. The furniture is getting very dated and crowded. This is the same furniture from 4 years ago, the kids are all growing and there is less and less room for the entire family in the living room. This is a house for a large family and the furniture needs reflect that. We will see how things are next time, if no changes we may look into a new home.

Seaside Adventure!

Weekend getaway with our two teenagers and we loved our stay! Loved to be able to walk to town and to the beach! We loved the hot tub after a long day of walking, shopping and collecting sand dollars. We loved our stay very much and the home was very comfortable! We will definitely be back!
