Fantastic Family Memories Made Christmas

We started a new tradition in our family by taking a small trip instead of buying gifts and it was a hit. The house provided all the amenities listed on the website. It was an absolute fabulous time. Family get together

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property's general condition was good, with the exception of an air duct and electrical cord hanging out of the ceiling in one of the bathrooms in the top floor; also TV in left bedroom on second floor was not working; and a few kitchen items were left dirty by the previous family. We reported these to the front desk, and she made a note. Otherwise, everything was beautiful. This is our second visit, and we plan to return next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a great place for our family to gather! The owners are wonderful and kind people! The tree house is in a fantastic location. I do suggest that a few repairs be made: the ceiling fan outside of the master bedroom is half broken and bangs into the house when the wind blows and is very loud. And the sink drains need to be worked on so they drain well. And lastly - the kitchen could use another spatula - there is only a flimsy plastic one that doesn't work super great. But...I would come back here in a Texas heartbeat! It was BEAUTIFUL and a BLASt! I especially appreciated that the paddle boards and canoes are free!

family gathering for the Holidays

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property we all agreed was fantastic. For almost $800 per night I was surprised that one of the kitchen cabinets was broken off and on the floor when I arrived. A bathroom cabinet door was also broken off. Almost non of the mini blinds in the entire house worked. They were all broken or the adjustment strings were stuck or broken. I plugged in my phone for charging one night and the next day discovered that the outlet was not working. I arrived about 4:30 and was given the code to the door over the phone which was great except for my memory. I always unlock a window just in case someone gets locked out which was me. I called the office at 4:52 and got no answer and no after hours line. If I had not unlocked the window I would not have been able to access the property again for almost 3 hours. I called VRBO national headquarters and they could not find the management company either. Some of the wood inside is rough cut which is very hard to clean and if you don't like dust, well this is not the place. My family had a great time and this place is beautiful. I would recommend it for a great stay. I just thought for the price that it would be cleaner and in better shape.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What an amazing place! Invited to a wedding on the property and was not prepared for the pure beauty of the place. The Tree House was awesome, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The grounds were the same. Spent 3 days getting back to just the true beauty of nature. So peaceful and pure. At the Tree House, we were excited to share our outdoor area with a family of deer, who visited daily. Absolutely majestic! Highly recommend it for a great getaway!!

Treehouse stay

The property was in a great spot, close to Kingsland and grocery stores/restaurants. Also was great to be right on the lake with beach access. A great place to stay with family or friends.

A Great Getaway!

All the family friendly amenities that they have to offer created such a great experience that our children were not bored. They even asked to return before we ever left. Cool Cabin in a Neat Complex

We stayed here for my husband’s 40th birthday and had a great a time! There were 12 of us total, which is definitely the max amount of adults I’d recommend to stay here. The top floor bedroom has three trundle beds that are better suited for six children than six adults, but we made it work and put two folks on the sofa bed in the living room instead. The house has comfy living quarters where we could all hang out and lots of outdoor seating for everyone. We loved the free paddle boards and easy water access for swimming/floating. The T-shirt launch on Saturday was very silly and fun, as well. Check in was a breeze and we had basically everything we needed in the house. Would definitely stay here again, maybe just with a couple less adults next time.

We absolutely love it,it's always clean smells good,also has the ac so it cool when we get there. The ac works great. We noticed the nee furniture in the bedrooms was beautiful. Just love this house. The staff is the greatest and so helpful. We where happy to know this yr the canoes and paddle boats where included. All and all our experience was the best . I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you so much to all the staff for making our family vacation wonderful ❤️

Tree house experience

Beautiful grounds with lots of lake fun!

5 adults and 4 kids (7-11) had an amazing time. Beautifully kept grounds, lots of outdoor activities surrounding the lake. Already planning to come back.

Now he is sharing the experience with his 15 year old buddies. Boating, tubing, volleyball, basketball and of course meeting seeing friends from prior years. Front office staff is amazing and I love the idea of having someone there if we need them. The kids really enjoyed the common areas and enjoyed being outside every minute of the day. Wedding Week Getaway

We booked the Treehouse to house us during our wedding week. While we didn’t actually use the property for our wedding ceremony, we did use it to rest and relax in between days and it was perfect. Our family was so impressed with the location and overall look/feel of the cabin that we are going to make coming back an annual vacation. The treehouse was spacious and perfect for 8 of us including our dog. Such a great spot!

Good Times in the Tree House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful time celebrating a milestone birthday for our brother. The Tree House had everything we needed to make the celebration a success. I would only say be cautious on the putting green where there is not a fence. My brother stepped back into air and fell off. Luckily he was not seriously injured. Overall, the Tree House was comfortable and I would stay there again.
