Summary:
Amazing Gulf views from every room of this 3rd floor condo. Crescent Arms is a quiet, beach front, high rise condominium building that is ideally located for maximum fun and relaxation. Right on the beach with lounge chairs provided. We can comfortably accommodate 6 people. There are 2 double beds in one room and 1 King in the other. Our condo is on the side corner of the building with a view into the Gulf. From late fall to early spring, you can enjoy lavish sunsets right from the lanai.
The Space:
As close as you can get to the Gulf without being in the water!
Each bedroom has it's own flat-screen cable TV & ceiling fan.
The unit also features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen and dining area.
Heated pool, covered parking. All the comforts of home.
Plenty of coin-operated laundry facilities are on-site
Computer is available in the clubhouse for guests to use during office hours. A printer is provided for airline boarding pass printing.

The Neighborhood:
-Nearby Sarasota has all the social and cultural attractions you could desire: Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Mote Marine Aquarium, and The Ringling Brothers Museum of Art are all minutes away.

-Only one hour from Busch Gardens in Tampa. Two hours from Islands of Adventure, Epcot, Disney, and Universal Studios.

It’s easy to get around Siesta Key via the free trolley or multiple free ride services.
Other Things to Note:
Walking distance from shopping, restaurants, and stores.
Plenty of opportunities for shopping, golf, boating, fishing and much more.

We are available 24/7 via text, email, or phone. And of course Airbnb messaging. We prefer to stay in contact and help you with any needs. We live just 10 minutes away so are able to stop by in case you need anything!

Absolutely GREAT location. Hosts attended to our every need with answering questions about food, things to do, etc within minutes of asking. This rental provides many of the amenities one may need. We could not have hand picked a better place to have stayed!

Great Vacation Spot
Loved the location and easy access to the beach and restaurants. Property was clean and nicely decorated. We will stay again.

Our entire experience was wonderful here in Siesta Key. The unit we stayed in was beautiful, clean and located super convenient to all the fun restaurants, bars and activities on the Key. We really loved the private beach access just steps from our door. The people at the front office were very helpful as well. This place is definitely on our list for a return trip next year!

Great relaxing vacation. Wonderful condo!
Oceanfront, gated community, close to kayaking, sunset tours and restaurants! We had a great time! Condo was well equipped and clean.

Amazing stay!
We loved this condo! The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the sights and sounds of the gulf from the lanai. The beds were comfortable and the condo was stocked with everything we needed. Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful Beach Getaway
My husband an I really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was clean and cute and you can't beat the location. It is on the beach, walkable to bars, restaurants and shops . Communication with owners was very good. We will definitely stay here again.

Exceptional!
It was a great location. Close to the main highway for restaurants and the trolly to Siesta Village. The beach was so beautiful and easy access. Great week!

Crescent Arms Condo
Great location on the beach! The owner provided information on things to do and restaurants which we found helpful. We would definately go back. Unit was comfortable for 2 adult couples.

Great Condo on the Beach
The condo was in a great location on Crescent Beach. It had all the amenities you would need for you stay. The condo was very clean and the Owner did a great job of making sure we had everything we needed for a fabulous stay. My family can not wait to visit again next summer.

Beautiful property
It was very easy and all of our questions were answered in your communique. We loved the view and the beach. We had several family members at Crescent Arms and they complimented our rental unit. Truly enjoyed our stay!
