We love staying here, has everything you need plus they make sure there is laundry soap, toothbrushes, etc. in case you forget anything essential. Would definitely recommend.

This was our second year staying at Harold and Nataliya's and it was as we expected. It was great to return to a familiar place, made it feel a bit like coming home. The townhouse is very well kept. The two car garage parking is very convenient. Our hosts were always easy and quick to communicate with. The entire development is bright and cheerful and very well kept. Highly recommend this Imperial Beach VRBO.

This property is immaculate. It is very clean and spacious. There are basic supplies in the unit as well as towels and linens. The host is friendly and efficient and responds quickly to questions. Highly recommend for this area.

Our host was very welcoming and helpful. The accommodations were spotless and had everything we needed. And the location was perfect for us. We particularly enjoyed the walking trail around the reclaimed marsh. Lots of birds and views!

Very clean and comfortable, plus nice extra touches like toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo, etc. in case you forgot any essentials. Very safe neighborhood and wonderful communication with owners. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Rest and Relaxation

I needed a place to recuperate from a surgery I had before heading back home to Arizona. We were very comfortable and loved how many things were within walking distance. Host was great as well and kept in contact to make sure we arrived safely. We will definitely keep this place in mind when we return for trip.

Family vacation

Spent four nights here with my parents and two daughters, plenty of space, clean & great access to anywhere in and around San Diego. Had a great time with all the comforts of home.

WOW is the simplest way to describe it ! We were greeted by one of the owners and showed all details of the property. It was an amazing location and views from the beach front balcony were beautiful! My plan is to definitely return to the area and will be requesting the opportunity to stay again !

Did I mention Location? And it is close to the public pool( 5 min to drive) and BBQ yet still far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Open downstairs for everyone to hangout. Beach chairs, Boogie boards, 2 car garage. Walk to several eateries, and groceries perfectly located for walking to. And this place is NEW UPSCALE FANTASTIC !!!
