This Imperial Beach (IB) penthouse condo boasts a spectacular southwest view of the beach and famous IB pier. A full kitchen with all the necessities and seating for 6 at the dining table. There is a master bedroom with a queen bed and master bathroom with separate bathtub and shower. The 2nd bedroom includes 2 twin beds, and then there is 1 queen sofa bed in the living room. Guests can enjoy amenities like the heated pool, jacuzzi and a fitness room and BBQ. There is AC & heat and a wood burning fireplace. There is a washer / dryer machine in the condo for convenience. There is cable TV with DVD player and Wifi. The cool and soothing atmosphere of this condo will make your stay peaceful and relaxing. This penthouse condo is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. There are two parking spaces which can accommodate SUV's available in the secure and gated garage with an elevator to the top floor.

This condo is located in the quiet downtown of City of Imperial Beach with short walks to restaurants and entertainment. There is a coffee bar, convenience / liquor store downstairs.

This condo is within a short 15 drive to the famous City of Coronado. Sea World and San Diego Zoo are only a 30 minute drive. Tijuana, Mexico is 15 minutes south.

Communication with host was excellent. The apartment was very safe and secure. The view was incredible. The apartment itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We were greeted with a bowl of fresh fruit on the table, which was a very nice added touch. It had all the amenities that we needed and more. We will definitely book with them again. Great stay!

The location and unit are beautiful and in good working order. Though the features in the kitchen and bathroom looked a little dated they worked well and he had the bathroom and kitchen well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the unit was spacious. The host was very kind, professional, and helpful. Overall would definitely book again. My only area of improvement would be making sure the showers and tubs are more thoroughly clean as they each had several hairs from previous guests on the walls and glass.

Great location. Unbeatable view.

We had a great time playing at the beach in front of the condos. The pier was about 5 min walk. We had good luck fishing there.

Great place

Furniture and building were a little dated. But amazing view and location. The hosts were very kind and communicative. Had everything you could need for a family. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great family beach vacation.

Nice property, good location, just far enough away from the real crowded locations.

Had a nice vacation, IB Forum had good food and great service, and the Brigantine was very good. Pier nice and close and just out the door the beach. Nice having 2 bathrooms as we only have 1 at home that I share with 3 girls! View was great!

Great Views and Great Location

We had a wonderful time at the condo and Imperial Beach. It had beautiful views and great location. We had a very relaxing time. Everything we could of needed was there. The condo was clean and very convenient. Nice restaurants within walking distance. We definitely would come back.

wonferful vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The view of the ocean and having it only steps away was my favorite thing. So nice not having to drive. Property was clean and well kept. We enjoyed SeaWorld and the Zoo. Thank you Rob and Janet

PERFECT STAY!

What a great location! Imperial Beach is our new destination of choice for San Diego. Great Pier, Beaches are not over crowded and ease of access into the city. Thank You so much to Ed and Sandy for sharing this magical place with us! Oh yes, let me not forget to mention how much the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. One word, Perfect!

OUr July Vaction

We enjoyed our time at this property. Great views and the A/c was a must for us as we have stayed in places before without it. It had everything we needed Ed was amazing. He had a fruit basket waiting for us when we got there and the place was ready early. We will definitely be back.
