Great property!

We loved the property. Everything was as advertised. The porch was amazing, location was great. I had one small complaint and it was that there was only one frying pan in the kitchen, which made cooking breakfast a little tricky sometimes. Other than it was perfect!

Great family get-away!

We loved our time at Tennessee by the Sea. The beds were so comfortable, and we loved the wonderful screened in porch. Having the golf cart was really helpful. We’d definitely come back again!

Loved Tennessee By the Sea

We just loved our stay. The owners thought of EVERYTHING! The bathrooms were freshly tiled, the decor was cute, and the appliances were top notch. We used the bikes to visit Seacrest and grab a snack. The walking distance to the beach was great! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much!

Cozy home with easy beach access

The home was comfortable and we enjoy the neighborhood and beach access. Also very nice that the home came with bikes and a golf cart. Only suggestion is to have a few basic kitchen supplies on hand such as salt and pepper and plastic wrap or foil.

Great experience

The home was well-equipped for our beach vacation. It was helpful having the golf cart, bikes, and all of the beach chairs that we used every day. The home was furnished well and the convenience of three bathrooms was a big plus. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking as a family. Would definitely recommend!

We've tried a few different locations along 30A. We selected Tennessee by the Sea because it is not in the high traffic areas and the golf cart and bikes were a plus. We rode bikes to breakfast every morning and the golf cart helped get us, and our gear, to/from the beach every day. We will keep this one on our list for next year!! The battery on the front door deadbolt stopped working on our third day and they sent someone over within an hour to replace the batteries. Very responsive, thanks!

Amazing house. Golf cart made it very easy to get everything to beach. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues and they were resolved right away.

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is wonderful. We especially loved the screened in porch with the swing. Having the golfcart and the beach chairs were wonderful. The proximity to the beach was perfect. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Wonderful vacation!

Tennessee By the Sea was great. I loved the large screened porch with the swinging bed, so did my dog! The house was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was our second time staying at Tennessee by the Sea

We had such a wonderful experience the first time that we booked it a second time. Guess what? Same great experience, so we will book it for a third. We are a family of 5 (the 5th being our dog, Tippy, who has been with us both times). We love having the use of a golf cart, bikes, and beach chairs/umbrellas. These amenities make getting back and forth from the house to the beach very convenient. The house is cozy and comfortable. Definitely a home away from home. We loved starting our mornings with coffee on the screened in porch. I love that the developer preserved as much of the natural setting instead of clearing it out completely. As a result, there is a lot of privacy and it was quiet. One morning I noticed a couple of turtle doves perched quietly near us. I thought they were statues at first because they were so close! Thank you to the owners and management for taking care to provide a great place for a vacation.

Cozy Cottage

Tennessee by the Sea was absolutely perfect!!! Tucked on a quiet cul de sak minutes to the beach. We rented chairs & umbrella for the week and it was SO convenient! The golf cart was a treat! Just hop on and within minutes you can find cart parking and walk to the boardwalk. The screened porch was a delight!! We all commented on the comfortable mattresses. Cooks kitchen- found everything we needed. Loved the convenient outdoor shower for hosing off. Kids went to the pool a few times. Bikes & cart were utilized daily. Fire pit was an added bonus!! We came down during prime spring break season and really kicked out staying here. The kids could ride to the chaos and we could hide from it here:)

Smooth as TN Whiskey

We LOVED this property! Wonderful neighborhood and setting. Layout of home was excellent and we enjoyed the screened-in porch during inclimate days. Amenities beat expectations! Both kitchen and grill were impressive. Highly recommend this property. Word of caution regarding the management company's App. This App was not reflecting current passcodes, garbage pick-up days, etc. You will need to refer to the email communications and the notes at the property from the owner.

Spacious and cozy!

After a long drive from Tennessee we were pleasantly surprised to walk into this home! Super clean and so much space for the whole family. It was especially nice having three full bathrooms! Super close to the beach and extra nice having the golf cart to take our gear to the beach! We will be back!

Cozy Hideaway

We had a lovely extended visit to the Emerald Coast, thanks to our stay in the cottage! The location was perfect allowing quick access to 30A and just blocks from a private beach access point. We loved having the golf cart, too! We brought our 2 pups who also had the best time exploring and looking out the windows of the beautiful screened porch. Had a little snafu with the dishwasher due to broken glass that was left in there by a previous user, but the leasing company and property manager were responsive and got the problem fixed. There’s so much to do in the area - you just cannot go wrong here! We would definitely return!

Nice, quaint, quiet place near Panama City Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at the Tennessee by the Sea house. The neighborhood was excellent. The house was clean and near perfect. The walk to the beach was great. Proximity to activities was very good no matter the choosing. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools. We only have 2 things that might be considered negatives - 1 - the water heater is small and we had to plan ahead for hot water use for an adult family of 4 - 2 - dogs need permits to walk on beach and only residents of county or property owners can get them. We are not sure if it is possible for house owners to share permits with renters. We did not take advantage of the bikes or gold cart because the weather was unseasonably cold for the week, oh well. We really enjoyed our vacation. It is a peaceful place this time of year (December) and the house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood to help with that feeling of seclusion.

A nice stay with one frustration

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Tennessee by the Sea during the Christmas holidays. The unit is clean and a great location. Our one frustration was the limited amount of hot water for showers. There were only four of us staying and we never got a full length hot shower. The unit has a very small hot water heater and there is no way it can accommodate the unit effectively. We were there during cold temperatures but again even the first to shower had limited hot water.

Great Thanksgiving Stay

We had a great time in the house. It was clean and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the back porch watching tv. Perfect for watching the World Cup with coffee and football with a beer. Beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were comfortable- and everyone had their own which was nice. Didn't need the golf cart but it was nice to know it was there if we did. Great neighborhood- nice and quiet. And great location- easy to get anywhere for the time of year. Highly recommend!
