INDOOR POOL heated and Hot Tub total upgrade Outside pool is open all summer and has been upgraded Also have grills for grilling. This villa features 2 bedrooms, with 1 king bed in each ,a living room with patio off livg plus a second den /lvg rm area with a queen sleeper sofa perfect for young KIDS…which accommodates a total of 6 guest for the condo. THE CONDO HAS ALL NEW FLOORING NO CARPET NEW COUCH. NEW MICROWAVE OVER STOVE 2 new vanities in bathrooms The villa’s master bedroom bath has a new tiled walk-in with handicap rails and there is a second full bath with new vanity that services the 2nd bedroom and den. The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate the most discerning of cooks. The dining area seats 6 guest plus there is a island bar that seats extra people adjacent to the dining area.. See pictures.
There is a patio balcony off the living room and a small balcony that adjoins the second bedroom.The guests have the use of the HEATED INDOOR POOL and HOT TUB located within the 5 story atrium as well as the OUTDOOR pool tennis and pickle ball courts in a lushly landscaped garden setting.

The location is ideal… only a short 10 minute walk to pristine Forest Beach and a 10 minute walk (or 4 minute bike ride) to a multiple array of dining and shopping options in the Coligney area of Forest Beach…the need for a car is certainly not a necessity when vacationing at Paradise 203. LIMIT 2 CARS. Beach chairs and wagon offered Sorry NO beach towels NEW. tennis and pickle ball courts at Oceanwalk .

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable condo.It was exactly as described and equipped with everything we needed. Anne was helpful when needed. I would highly recommend this property for a pleasant stay In HH.

The condo location in the building was terrific. It was quiet and relaxing. We also enjoyed the large outdoor pool area. This property is an easy walk or bike to the beach. Our host was remarkable. She stayed in contact with us to confirm everything was as we expected. Overall, a terrific experience.

Responsive and Helpful Owner

The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Beds were cozy, and the owner was very responsive and kind—she gave great recommendations for restaurants and July 4th fireworks, which we appreciated!That said, there were a few surprises. The indoor pool and hot tub were still under renovation during our stay, though they were still shown in the listing photos, and the closure wasn’t made clear ahead of time (which for us, having 3 young kids, was a major selling point!). The building overall had a strong mildew smell, especially in the breezeways and halls, which don’t have A/C or good airflow. It didn’t affect the unit itself, but it made the arrival/departure experience less pleasant.Overall, the host’s communication, the price and the condition of the unit helped offset some of the other concerns!!

No so happy.

The inside of our rental was fine. But the building is not well maintained. I have copd and the dampness smell in the hall caused me an attack I was fine after my inhaler. The dryers are all vented into the halls with no air. Only fans and not many of them. No fan in elevator or air. It was quite a task getting in and out of the building each day. The friends that were to stay with us through a wedding found a new place to stay. Quite upsetting.

Accommodations were great. Very clean and well stocked with dishes and kitchen supplies. Disappointed though that there was no extra toilet tissue. It’s was very quite and close to beach. I will recommend it to my friends and family.

Great place and location

We had a wonderful stay! The place is walking distance to the beach and on a rainy day the kids had a blast swimming in the pool. My only feedback is that the checkout instructions be updated. They differed between the app, signs in the condo and the questbookcondinguestbook.

Great location

The condo has everything you need. Two independent master bedrooms make it ideal for four people. Proximity to the beach, restaurants, shops and Supermarket all within walking distance make it an ideal spot. Also a 5 minute walk to bike rentals. We particularly enjoyed playing golf at Shipyard CC a 5 minute drive

Holiday get away

Condo was everything that was promised as advertised! This was our second time renting this unit and will definitely rent it again in the future! Owners reach out to let you know how to contact them if needed which I personally like! Condo gives you a “homey” feel! Great place to stay, I highly recommend!

Peaceful and tranquil

Anne was a pleasure working with, she got right back to me in a timely manner with any questions we had. We stayed 3 nights, wish it could have been longer. This Villa is very clean and beautifully decorated. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, separate quarters for each and would make it very private for a small family or guests staying with you. It was equipped with everything you may need in the kitchen to prepare meals, the beach chairs, umbrella, and cart are in a closet to enjoy your day. We loved the indoor hot tub and pool to help unwind from a long drive from NY State. We highly recommend.

We had a great time here. Very easy to walk or ride bikes to many shops and restaurants. Bike rental on the same block! And so close to the beach. We also loved the layout of the apartment—the bedrooms felt like separate suites. Definitely recommend!

The condo was very clean when we arrived. Brand new couch and furniture. Bathroom cabinets new. New flooring. Very easy check in process. We would stay in this condo again.

We had a great time. Condo was clean and a good size. I would recommend this place. Renting bikes made the commute to the beach, restaurants, stores much easier. I would recommend the host to provide more then 1 toilet paper roll, more garbage bags, have a keurig single coffee maker. However, host and condo were darling and highly recommend! Thanks!

Convient Location

Unit was very clean and close enough to walk to beach. We were a family of 4 and it was roomy enough. The only thing we thought was it could use some soft footstools for when sitting on the couch. Both showers were wonderful - great water pressure. We loved the outdoor pool, it’s not very large but it was clean and had quite a few loungers and a few tables with umbrellas. If you’re looking for a quiet location close to shops and restaurants I would recommend staying here. We would rent again.

Good condo close to everything.

Good size rooms, but need updating. Great location! The only real downfalls is the musty/humid odor, freezer that melts, fridge that didn’t keep things cool, and AC that didn’t get too cold. Probably due to being close to beach, but it was a very humid room. Owner was sweet and very accommodating and communicative.

Fantastic Stay

We were all so happy with our stay here. It was me, my mom, and my two kids. We had plenty of space especially the additional living area provided a great area for the kids to play and watch tv if they wanted. Indoor pool and hot tub were great- too chilly to go to the outdoor pool. Elevator was right by the front of building and an easy walk to our room. The beach was close and the cart, chairs and boogie board provided was a lifesaver. The ONLY issue was I saw a couple stray hairs in the shower and sink- nothing major so I wouldn't take a star away for that. Everything provided in the description was accurate and I never needed to reach out to the owner. I would definitely book again!
