Looking for a "taste" of what some of downtown has to offer? Take a walk around the block and you're SURE to run into a movie, music-video or TV show being filmed!

The perfect spot for work or play as it is a convenient 10 minute walk away from Crypto.com Arena, Convention Center, and LA Live! Go see a Lakers, Clippers or Kings game at the Crypto.com Arena, see the newest exhibit at MOCA, a concert at Nokia Theatre, or an performance from the LA Philharmonic at Walt Disney Concert Hall -- all within a 1 mile radius of this great loft. Feel like exploring outside of downtown? Hollywood perhaps? Great! Just walk over to the Metro station just 4 blocks away from outside our front door and you'll be just 15 minutes away from world famous Hollywood Blvd. How about the beaches of Santa Monica? Even better! The Metro now takes you straight there, all without the hassle of driving in LA traffic!

Getting Around:
| Parking |Overnight paid public parking is available for purchase at several lots in the immediate area. Monthly parking is available for long stays to be arranged with the garage or lot of your choice.

The best way to reach the apartment is using a cab, or Uber. Should you chose to use Uber, we would recommend downloading the app and you will be able to use this to call for the Uber once you have picked up your luggage from the airport. The estimate cost for each brand of Uber varies but can be in the range listed below:

| Other Things to Note Before Booking |

| Same-Day Bookings | We work hard to make our homes available for same day booking for those guests in need. With that said, we require a 2-hour processing time from the point that your pre-arrival form is completed, to process and approve it, and provide access details. We ask that guests that are booking same day refrain from arriving before completing the pre-arrival form and confirmation that their reservation has been approved for check-in.

| Locals | Due to restrictions placed on us by our landlord and as a condition pertaining to our ability to host, we are unable to accept reservations from guests local to the area (within 60 miles of the listing's city). By booking, you hereby accept and agree to this condition and that you'll be required to show proof of residency. Any reservation which does not comply with this restriction will be subject to cancellation. Please contact us if you're booking within your city.

| Long Stay Cleaning Fees |
Abode reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee when a stay exceeds 30 days. For each 30 days increment, an additional cleaning fee will be added to the stay.

All guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement, and digitally provide ID prior to receiving access details. This information may be used for a basic public records search. Please see the "House Rules" section for complete details.

Additional credit card verification is required for bookings where the OTA does not handle guest payments directly. This involves sending a photo of the card used for the booking and confirming a test charge before check-in can be approved. The name on the card must match the name on the reservation.

Really great apartment. My only suggestion is that you include a bath mat in the tub. Your older guests (I’m 73) will be very sensitive to situations where they might fall. A bath May would help. Thanks for being quick to respond to my concern about noise.

Very Nice Property

Very nice property, while we had several concerns that we’ve shared with Abode overall those concerns did not put a damper on our visit.
