OCEANFRONT TOP FLOOR UNIT at A Place at the Beach, Beautifully Renovated
The views are absolutely stunning at this oceanfront condo at A Place at the Beach! This unit is on the top floor (3rd floor) and is DIRECT OCEAN FRONT with one of the best views on the beach! The unit was completely renovated with granite counter tops throughout (kitchen and bathrooms), floors, and stainless steel appliances.
You will be able to sit and watch the waves roll in up and down the beach from your own private balcony and views are amazing! You are conveniently located right next to the private boardwalk that takes you right to the beach!
The complex features a huge outdoor pool with a 150 ft water slide that is an absolute hit with kids. There is also an indoor pool with a hot tub that was renovated for the 2020 season, as well as another outdoor hot tub. There is an on site tennis court, basketball court, putt-putt, and a fun outdoor playground with a huge courtyard lawn.
There are both gas outdoor grills nearby and charcoal grills on site for your convenience to cook up some delicious meals!
A Place at the Beach III is an oceanfront property and has a private beach access/boardwalk. The complex is arguably one of the the most fun and family friendly on the beach!
Located a 1/4 mile from Fort Macon. Convenient to Morehead City (5 mins), Beaufort (10 mins), the NC Aquarium (15 mins), Shackleford Banks, and Cape Lookout. The Oceanna Fishing Pier and Amos Mosquitos restaurant are a couple mins away. There are many things to explore in the area, although you will find everything you need for a fun family vacation right on the property and will probably never want to leave.
This unit is on the 3rd story. There is an elevator and carts to assist with loading and unloading luggage. There is both a washer and dryer inside the unit. Linens are included; Bed sheets and one bath towel set per guest. Feel free to bring any additional you feel you may need.
Up to 2 Parking passes & 6 guests permitted. No pets.
*Please be aware they are updating the playground structure during the Spring/Summer 2026 and it may not fully be available during that time.*

Excellent place for a vacation. Oceanfront view was beautiful. The amenities were very nice. Property staff were friendly,courteous and helpful. The area is definitely a family friendly place.

What an amazing place to stay! The view is amazing even if the weather isn’t cooperative during your stay. The condo is very comfy and accommodating. The amenities provided are everything you need for the perfect getaway!

This condo was perfect. The place was clean and check in was easy. The view couldn’t be beat and there were so many activities for our two boys to do on the property, with of course direct access to the beach. The host was also very responsive when we had a few questions. We will definitely be back!

Clean and well-equipped two-bedroom unit with a full view on the beach. The pool and other amenities at the complex were first rate, and the staff was so friendly and efficient. We enjoyed a great week, and I highly recommend it

Great stay for beach vacay
This is a wonderful property with many amenities and ocean front view. The host was very responsive and I’d definitely stay again.

A Place at the Beach
A nice condo with easy access to the beach and a great pool (with a water slide, no less!).

Perfect place at place at the beach

Spring Break Getaway
Beautiful oceanfront view and had everything we needed for our stay. Easy access to beach. We checked out pickleball equipment and enjoyed a quick 9 holes of mini golf on the property.

Perfect Location
This was a great stay for our family with 2 young kids. The views were amazing and the space was perfect. The amenities were a nice added feature. We would definitely stay again.

The resort and amenities are amazing and plentiful. You have everything here that you need for a fun family vacation without ever having to leave the property. However, there is plenty to do and history in the area should you decide to venture out.

This condo is Direct Oceanfront with one of the best views on the beach in an amazing area of North Carolina. Our unit is also directly ocean front and the view of the ocean is incredible.
