The property was beautiful and was a great place for our girls reunion weekend. Dotty had very clear communication and answered any questions we had. The only note is that there is not direct lake access. There is no ladder to get in and out, and it is a big drop off.

This was our Thanksgiving. We stayed three nights and enjoyed the peaceful serene setting. The house was very, very comfortable and lovely time had by all.

Great stay. Close to Nashville. Rented a pontoon and some jet skis. Enjoyed the quiet of the lake and the sounds in Nashville.

Beautiful waterfront home

We really enjoyed our stay at this magnificent home! The decor was perfect and the scenery was beautiful. The beds were comfortable too. We really enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs overlooking the water. They had everything we needed! Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful waterfront property

We loved staying at Dotty’s home for the second time. It’s such a beautiful home right on the water. Love the decor and the beds are very comfy! Had everything we needed to cook a perfect Easter dinner for the family too!

This property was amazing. I enjoy the amazing view from the deck and on the boat dock. The sunsets were some of the prettiest I’ve ever seen. My friends and family absolutely loved staying at the house.

Much Needed Getaway

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our plan was to relax, with not many plans, and this beautiful home allowed us to do just that. Comfortable, spacious... awesome master en suite. Gorgeous sunsets, everything we were looking for. We would definitely love to come back.

Beautiful views from the deck and front room overlooking the lake. Spacious property, great owner’s suite which also has a nice view. Updated kitchen and nice new picnic table.I would encourage the owner to consider upgrading the amenities (towels, quantity/quality of toiletry and kitchen items) to elevate this experience.

Green Hilll, Thanksgiving 2021

We had a wonderful, easy stay here over 5 days during Thanksgiving. The house is portrayed well online. The scenic setting on the lake was enhanced by fall foliage and sunsets. We appreciated that there were plenty of household amenities in stock for a stay of a few days. Enjoyed the sauna too!

Incredible Views and Well Appointed - We'd definitely return!

This Lake House located near Nashville was well appointed, updated, and had spectacular views. Located right on the lake with a vista of the lake and beautiful sunsets, the home boasts a spacious deck and plenty of room. We had a wonderful time with family, celebrating a nephew's wedding in Nashville. The owner was very communicative and check in/check out was a breeze. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Framily Reunion Weekend

This stay was part of our annual tradition to gather a small group of family and close friends for a weekend of fun. The lake house was in a great location with fantastic views but also very well-shaded which was nice for a hot summer weekend. The house was exactly as depicted in the photos and perfect for our group of 10 people. All of the comforts of home and everything worked exactly as expected.While this was an our first visit to this property, we would definitely recommend to others and may return in the future if the opportunity arises.Thanks for sharing this space with us!

Lovely Lake home

This is a lovely home with beautiful lake views. My family stayed here and enjoyed our stay tremendously. The host was quite accommodating to make sure our needs were met. The towels were big and soft and the beds and linens were so comfortable. We sat on the back porch and nibbled cookies and coffee overlooking the sunset on the lake. They have a ping pong table, hammock and sauna and library book shelf that was enjoyed by all of the varying age groups in our family. There was plenty of space for us all to gather, or when we wanted quiet time alone on our own. I would recommend this place for your next visit to Nashville.

Beautiful home with fully stocked kitchen and close to Nashville!

This property was very clean and comfortable for our group of 7 adults. The weather was so hot but the house stayed very comfortable and the air conditioner cooled both floors very well. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The only thing we did not find was a hair dryer. The living area and dining table were very comfortable and spacious. The drive to Nashville was easy and took about 30 minutes. We would definitely stay at this home again! Thank you Dotty for making the arrival to and departure from your home so easy and fast. You won't be disappointed if you stay at this home!

Beautiful house but outside wasn’t usable at night

The house and location was gorgeous, however, we found that we couldn’t go outside at night and use the decks. They were COVERED in giant spiders of all kinds that literally had webs all over the doors/windows, making it impossible to go out of them at night. I understand the house is on a lake but our lake house in Michigan is not like this when we spray for spiders often making for a much more enjoyable experience. It was quite a bummer since we spent SO much money on the property and not being able to use so much of it. I would highly suggest wiping down the decks in between guests stay and include that in part of the cleaning fee. Everything was covered in webs it gave quite an eerie feeling to the home. There were also several webs in the corners of all the rooms in the house. I really wish those would have been wiped away prior to our arrival.

I apologize for your experience during your stay at my lake house. We spray regularly and wipe down the areas as often as the next guests. Unfortunately, the house is surrounded with trees and makes it impossible to get rid of the problem. Also, with 2400 square feet of deck space its not possible to get all those areas because the spider web comes back. I do have bug spray under the sink. I ask guests to be understanding when booking because they are at the lake with lots of mature trees.

Great for a Hangout Weekend

Hard to believe that this house was only 20 minutes from the Nashville strip. Beautiful view. Too cold to use the deck, but most other weeks of the year it would be a highlight. I'll never stay in the city again.

Beautiful house and views

This house was beautiful and offers a break from the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville. Would stay again. Highly recommend. It’s fully stocked, we cooked a few meals in the house. Plenty of pots and pans, plates, utensils, etc. Bedding and towels were great as well. The sauna was perfect. We rented a boat from Sweetwater, that was fun as well. All around great vacation.
