Great place to stay! The unit was clean everything was in good working order. You can walk to the beach and many restaurants. Cozy place to relax after the day’s activities.

Very clean! The host was very fast at responding and even let us check in early. Plenty of things to do near by and the beach is a short drive away or a little longer of a walk.

Matt is a terrific host and very responsive. Very good location and easy walks to Rehoboth Avenue shops, restaurants, and beach. We tried Tower Beach for the first time and really liked it there. Dinners and breakfasts were at very nice places/ restaurants on Baltimore Avenue. We drove to those.

Everything was just as the host said. We had a great time and we’re very happy with this rental! It was very clean, the host was very responsive and the place was just as described. I have nothing negative to say at all! Hoping to rent here again.
It was a beautiful weekend. A little on the chilly side but I got to put my feet in the sand and that’s all that mattered!

We found our place clean and ready for us when we arrived for our 3-night stay. It condo is located only a mile from the beach, just off the main street, in a quiet community. Although not all restaurants and businesses were open yet, there were plenty of great options for shopping and eating out. Matthew was a great communicator and we would highly recommend this apt/condo.
