Truly enjoyed our stay. House was comfortable and host was very responsive to any concerns. Always love homes where we can keep our fur baby with us!

We had a lovely, relaxing time at the Lake House. It was very comfortable and peaceful. We would definitely stay there again.

Owner’s attention to detail was much appreciated! Phone chargers in most of the rooms were great, kayaks were fun, and the scenery was beautiful!

Really loved our stay here! Fantastic getaway with friends in a quiet rural area, really felt like we had the place to ourselves. Would definitely consider this property again!

Clean and comfortable lake house with great views of Lake Wylie. Huge deck with tons of shade to watch all the wildlife in the yard and lake. Kayaks were great to use even when the lake water was low. Beds were comfortable and plenty of kitchen items to cook your own meals. The home was in a great location and Tyler was a great host.

This our second time staying here. It is a great house with a wonderful outdoor space. Our host was extremely responsive to all of our questions. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

A wonderful way to getaway and relax

This was perfect for our family to get away from jobs and school and the daily grind…we spent time reconnecting and relaxing in a peaceful environment! We would return!

Wonderful home, clean and well maintained. Nice little extras like phone chargers. Check in was easy, host was communicative. The lake was low this time of year so fishing off the dock didn't work out, but we found great fishing at a local park. We did enjoy the peace and quiet in the cove. The neighbors are very friendly. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Baseball Tournament Visit

House was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the bikes and kayaks. Life jackets were available. Wildlife was beautiful. Owner was great about communicating and answering my questions. I would definitely stay again.

Cute house along the Lake Wylie cove. Great view from just about anywhere in the property. Worked remotely for part of the trip. Used the kayaks. Built fires at night. Easy commute to Fort Mill and Tega Cay. Host always accessible. Would definitely rent again.

My kids and I had a great time at the house. The amount of wildlife around the property on a daily basis was quite enjoyable. The water in the cove was way too low for swimming, so you may not want to plan on that for your stay. But inside the house and the outside entertainment areas were really nice.

Nice little spot!

The lake house was clean and really beautiful. Had everything we needed! The only thing that should be noted, which we were unaware is the downstairs area is separated from the upstairs area, meaning there are no indoor stairs to connect the two areas, only the exterior stairs (which wasn't really a big deal). Tyler communicated very quickly when we had questions and was very helpful. I would defenitely stay here again.

Family Trip

Adorable, small, decently equipped lake house…our group enjoyed the firepit and the natural setting…great deck and kayaks and cornhole were fun! deer and geese were daily visitors! Very serene. Bedrooms comfortable and had tvs but very small, no dressers or storage for clothes so that was a bit of a challenge for 6 people. Kitchen had basics for cooking. Overall a great value for the price.

Absolutely stunning views with a great host!

I’m so thrilled with my stay, we will definitely be back later this year! You don’t have any indoor stairs so if you need privacy from the group this place is ideal. I had several of my sisters over for a dinner and we all had a great time. There’s a huge tv in the upstairs living room and some in the bedrooms. Tyler was super helpful through the app and then by phone when we had questions. 10/10

As advertized - Highly recommend

My wife and I were looking for a perfect quiet place on the water to Celebrate my 61st birthday doing what we LOVE to do. Spend time together and fish. This place did not disappoint. Tyler is a GREAT host! Communication was Excellent! Received immediate response and when I say immediate I mean a response with in a couple minutes -both before our trip and also during. The place was very clean. We will definitely be back and we HIGHLY recommend this property

Be aware there are not interior stairs from the lower to upper level. Lots of great outdoor seating and one of the better set up kitchens in terms of pots, pans, plates etc.It was a really nice house with comfortable and sturdy beds. Comfy couches as well. It even has decent pillows!

Beautiful house and views! The AC is fabulous and plenty of blankets were provided. Praying for the local residents and the drought that they are experiencing.
