We enjoyed our stay at the cottage: Host was very responsive, cottage was even stocked with various treats, and it was a great location, very close to downtown Petaluma!

The hosts were warm and welcoming. We highly recommend this comfortable well located cottage. Everything that was needed was there. The cottage was cozy and tasteful.

Wonderful Comfortable Stay

Spending the weekend in the cottage was just perfect. The location is walkable to downtown and all the shops and restaurants. But what made our stay was our wonderful host. We had a great time and we will definitely stay here again.

Charming Cottage

Our time at the Cozy Cottage exceeded our expectations. The cottage is well appointed, the hosts communicated promptly and cheerfully and the location was fantastic. Would highly recommend staying here!

We had a great host! They were very accommodating when we had needs come up. The space is, as they say, cozy, but by no means cramped, and there was plenty of room for two people and a border collie. The neighborhood is peaceful but close enough to downtown to take a nice walk to get coffee. We would be happy to stay there again.

Cute, comfortable cottage behind owners home, but completely private. The natural lighting was amazing, I kept thinking lights were on and it was natural light from the skylights! Well appointed, we wanted for nothing. Bad was comfortable and all was clean. Owner was friendly and very responsive. Could not have asked for better stay!

Lovely cottage

We had a small mis communication with the host which was easily solved. There are two rentals on the same property and we chose the wrong one to move into. Once we were told we were in the wrong one we moved(with the help of our host) and were very happy with the accommodation. The cottage was lovely. Bed was comfortable. Towels were thick and fluffy. All in all a great place to stay.

This was our first time in Petaluma, so having a really smooth experience was really appreciated. The cottage was comfy, clean and well-stocked. The bed was like sleeping on a marshmallow, so cozy!Great neighborhood, close to everything. We recommended this property!

Very cozy comfy and well stocked! This was perfect location with short walk to downtown. Shops and great eats nearby. Recommend Rays for sandwiches and Vulpis for a great dinner!! The neighborhood is b e a u t i f u l! Spring flowers everywhere
