Built in 1870, our Fair Street Retreat is part of one of the oldest houses in Petaluma. We are located just 3 blocks from Downtown Petaluma. Walk down for breakfast at The Tea Room Café or hit the daily hot buffet at Petaluma Market. If you want to stay in, brew some coffee in the kitchenette and sit on the deck under the willow tree.

Our studio suite is furnished with a king bed, 50 inch HD TV, cedar lined closets and a mini kitchenette stocked with coffee, tea and lots of snacks.

Great location. The kitchenette was very small. No sink. Bed was very comfortable! Host were helpful . Had a great stay.

Besides being VERY tiny, it was very well equipped. I was surprised how much function the tiny kitchenette had. It met our needs for the two nights we spend there. We had a great day in Napa country from this location. Great restaurants downtown.

Reunion trip

We stayed at the property for a high school reunion weekend in Petaluma. The studio is very clean and quiet and the location is terrific- easy walking distance to downtown Petaluma. We would definitely stay here again.

A Peaceful Place

This little cottage was charming and a very peaceful place for us to relax. We enjoyed walking to downtown Petaluma, and walking in the neighborhood.

Cute and Cozy

Loved our stay at Fair Street Retreat! The apartment was clean, kitchenette well stocked and communication with host was super easy. Loved the location, it was quiet, yet close to downtown. Really appreciated being able to bring our small dog, so much more convenient than a hotel.

Perfect weekend retreat

The space was perfect for our weekend. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. The space was perfect for the two of us and had the amenities we needed. The hosts were very accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Petaluma studio!

We loved our stay! This studio was clean, had a comfy bed, was dog friendly, easy parking, close to downtown Petaluma. Christie and Rodger were very friendly and responsive. We will definitely be back. Thank you Christie and Rodger!

Great stay the Fair Street Retreat!

We enjoyed our stay at this property in a lovely area of Petaluma, just a short walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. The owners courteously kept us informed about anything we needed to know during our stay. The studio was cozy and well appointed and included games, snacks other extras. We highly recommend this property.

We had a great time and would come again. Location is everything with this beautiful Victorian house in the historic neighborhood. Just a short walk away from beautiful old town Petaluma, and you can enjoy it with your dog! It’s quiet, relaxing and comfortable, like staying in a friend’s guest suite. One note – there is a kitchenette with only a small food prep area, I mention this because in the VRBO listing it does say “kitchen” several times and it was confusing. It had all we needed though: small fridge, kettle, Nespresso style coffee maker, dishes and a small microwave. You won’t need to eat in though, as you are just a few blocks away from great food, early morning coffee, sourdough bagels and the !Amazing! Petaluma Market.

Perfection in Petaluma

Adorable unit just a short walk to downtown Petaluma. Loved watching the birds sitting on the front porch. Unit had everything for a quick stay. Absolutely spotlessly clean! Great communication with the owners. Would stay here again if I ever get back to Petaluma!
