Enjoy the best that Kauai has to offer from the comfort of your own top floor Wailua Bay condo!
Fall asleep and wake to the sound of the ocean in your king bed and enjoy the oceanfront view from your private 3rd floor deck.
This is one of the few units at Lae Nani that has Air Conditioning throughout the condo.
The kitchen is well appointed with everything you might need to prepare your own meals (or simply heat up leftovers from any of the many restaurants within walking distance), including full-size fridge/freezer with ice-maker.
Lae Nani offers beautifully manicured lawns, heated pool, tennis courts, BBQ area and more all on one of the most beautiful beaches on Kauai complete with a “keiki pool” for the kids, and a reef and tide pool.
One parking space in a secured lot is included. Please note: there is no elevator. To access this third floor unit, you will need to go up two flights of stairs.

We had a fabulous stay at the Blue Hawaii unit. Was well stocked with all the supplies we needed and you can’t beat the location. Would 100% stay again.

Wonderful property! Everything is very well maintained and clean. The views of the ocean and grounds are beautiful. There is a very nice sandy beach right out back. This location made a great home base for exploring the island.

I can’t say enough about the property, the host, and unit. Outstanding! We’re sold on the property and would definitely stay in the same unit again (top floor with a fantastic view) but going up and down the stairs is too hard on us old people Having air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and restaurants nearby made our two week stay even more comfortable. Through every question, issue, or challenge we asked or encountered, Joshua was only a text away. Even when Lowell came to visit, we were not left isolated to fend for ourselves. Joshua stayed in touch, helping us navigate as best as he could, We’re already planning our next trip. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay. Owner is very responsive to any questions or issues. Condo is as described and in a great location. Grounds are beautiful and you are on the beach. Will stay here when I come back to Kauai.

This condo was lovely and meticulously maintained. The overall condo complex is also beautifully landscaped, with a wide variety of flowers, tropical plants, and trees. The air conditioning works well when the breezes off the ocean aren’t enough, and the in-unit washer and dryer was very convenient. 10/10 would stay were

Quite and comfortable!
We came to enjoy our 40th anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed our week! The property is quiet and well comfortable. The views were amazing and there is a very nice beach area and pool option. Walkable to lots of activities and food.

The Apt was perfect for my husband and I. Well appointed with lovely grounds and stunning private beach. Picture perfect holiday.

outstanding property
great location, beach, pool. The unit is equipped with everything you need, AC was very quiet, bed comfortable, We plan to return and stay here in the future.
