This is the perfect place!! The place is very clean and cozy!! The check-in process was seamless! There’s also lots of good coffee around, and the walk to the beach is perfect! We will definitely be back!

The communication with the host was great, he answered some questions I had ahead of time, and the directions for getting into the complex/unit were very clear. When first arriving, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the unit, especially with it being pet-friendly. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for making meals and snacks. We were also very thankful and impressed that multiple toilet paper rolls, paper towel rolls, trash bags, and dishwasher pods were provided. The washing machine/dryer was very convenient. Overall we had a wonderful stay and were very impressed and satisfied with the experience!

The condo was clean and perfect for what we needed. Ocean was about a 5 min walk. Condo was 15 min drive from downtown St Augustine. The pool was fabulous.

The place was spotless and as advertised. We enjoyed our afternoons on the spacious, sunny, balcony. Nice to be able to walk to the beach from the condo and the beach was beautiful. Todd was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

We loved how clean everything was! The kitchen has just about everything you need to cook. There are lots of food and coffee options in the area. We also really appreciated that it was very pet friendly. The property has plenty of area's to walk your dog and multiple clean up stations. The beach boardwalk was nice and has a handheld sprayer to rinse sand off(worked well for our dog). We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay. It’s very close to the beach (a few minutes of a walk) and around a 10 min drive to the heart of downtown. I’d definitely stay again.

Our host, Todd, was very welcoming and was available for any questions or concerns. The condo was exactly as described. It provided everything we needed for our short stay on our way south. Nice stay!

Honestly, this was booked by me for my grandsons quick honeymoon. I never saw the place so I gave the feedback from the bride and groom! The communication was through me the rest from them!!

My wife and I had the best time staying here! We appreciated the host in being accommodating, attentive and kind. This place was so clean, had everything we needed and was the perfect location for all our activities! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Family weekend getaway

Pat's place was perfect for our stay. We wanted something relaxing with easy access to the beach, but not too far away from restaurants and local activities. We would definitely stay here again!
