This was our third time staying here, so obviously we like it. The size is perfect for a single or a couple, it's a 5 or 10 minute walk to Old Town, the house is full of thoughtful touches for guests. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Charming is the right word. Great little bungalow tucked away in a secluded yard. Everything you need for a stay in Fort Collins. The owners were great and the place was well stocked. Great location with an easy walk to downtown or campus. Quiet neighborhood. 5 star!

This was a lovely place to stay, great location and such a neat accommodation. This will be our first place to reserve for any more future trips to Fort Collins.

The bunglow has a lovely garden in a nice residential area. A well-stocked kitchen, nice living room, bedroom and bathroom. You can walk to old Town or bike there. The host was gracious and met me at the property. She was flexible about checking in early which was nice. I would definitely return here!

Wonderful place to stay in Ft Collins, have stayed here multiple times now and will definitely be back. Host has provided a great place to call “home” while traveling and the kitchen is well equipped. Thank you!

This was our second stay here. It's the perfect home base for a Fort Collins visit. Easy walk to Old Town or to campus, delightful outdoor garden table for when the weather is nice, house full of charming and thoughtful touches.

Great Stay and Location

Unit had everything we needed and was close walking distance to downtown. It is in a lovely neighborhood and the host Karen was wonderful.

The Bungalow is in a great location in the historic part of town. Located near old downtown and CSU. The bungalow is clean, quiet, cozy and has off street parking. Communication with the host was excellent. Would stay here again.

Convenient Location

We enjoyed our stay very much! It is close to campus and Old Town. It was the perfect little place for a fun weekend of food and football!

Quaint Bungalow

I had the perfect stay for a couple of nights, and this home is perfect!!! It is fully equipped with everything you need, extremely comfortable, and within walking distance of Old Town. I would highly recommend staying here!!

Great place to stay!!

My wife and I loved our stay at Karen's place. She's an outstanding host, and the place was in pristine condition. It's in a great location to walk to Old Town and, while we were with family and did not need to make many meals, it would have been easy. We'll stay there again if we come for short stays (and it's available).

Perfect location and great host

Karen does a wonderful job of making you feel welcome. Her place is great for visits to Old Town and the university. It's always clean and comfortable.
